Well..... i'll start this off by saying I drove Fords for 40 years, notice that is past tense !!!! No longer !! Falcons, Fairlaines, Fairmonts, Torinos, four Taurus's, F100 ,F250. F350. F450, Courier, 3 Rangers...... Last Ford car was a money pit, eeer 08 Taurus Limited AWD on which I spent twice the money to buy of anything else I drove......and spent as much to repair in 12 years !!!! computers, ignition, transmission, and when the car reached another milestone of known major problems my choice was drive it till it quits and junk it, as the cost to replace the engine was more than the car was worth, or dump it????? I dumped it for what I could get out of it and cut my losses !!! Did I buy another Ford ???? NO !! Hell NO !!!!! As all Ford offers now is Pick ups Suvs and cross overs, no sedans, and most all come with turbo engines and all the damn electronic gagets and foo foo that break and are expensive to fix. Seems Ford went their way not paying attention to what customers wanted. The old Fords were great, but the last three newest Fords all got new transmissions !!!! expensive, yet all the old Fords I had NEVER had a transmission problem. NO the Replacement was a Mazda CX5, wanted AWD, non turbo and a real auto trans, and a car a 80 year old man can get in and out of !!! Yes the last 15 years Ford has lost its way, lost contact with what the CUSTOMER wants and has built expensive junk that does not last !!! the Old Henry's are rollin in their graves!!!!!The new generation has lost it's way in a quest for immediate profit at the customers expense !!!

There are many issue's that auto manufactures didn't figure out.The government put out higher job numbers than what really happened. Also pushed the electric vehicles. I doubt any studies were done to see what customers really wanted. The government only built a few charging stations. Our government seems to have other plans for our country. Auto manufacturers should have seen the handwriting on the wall, but they believed someone that lied to them. There are many issues and it might take decade's to make this country great again. Baby boomers probably don't want to spend all their retirement savings on things that will depreciate at a rate that is much higher than their saving could ever imagine. The quality of many vehicles has fallen, and warranties are not worth much. Then inflation kicked in

Never was about the technology of hydrogen. It was always about the logistics of hydrogen e refuel points. I worked at a Toyota dealership for 2 years, and this dealership never sold 1 unit because there were only 2 hydrogen stations in a city with 4 million people.

Hydrogen is so expensive and refuelling station is very rare. Probably in Japan there are plenty Hydrogen refuelling stations. Unless Toyota is starting building Hydrogen stations across the countries, these cars won't sell. Even Toyota dealers does not have Hydrogen filling station. Some EV owners have solar panel in their house, so charging their EV car is free.
