Let's Go Eat! Mr. Fish & Chips, San Diego, CA #fishandchips
Thank you for visiting San Diego restaurants with me. The restaurant featured today is: Mr. Fish & Chips on Balboa Ave in San Diego. It opened in 1969 and remains my favorite fish and chips to this day. I noticed onion rings were no longer on the menu but they made them for me. They are the BEST and I hope they make it back on their menu. Their fried zucchini is also very good. This is a 'must try' for anyone who loves seafood. Let me know if this is also your favorite fish and chips in town.

We don't get to visit San Diego enough, but when we do, we always make a point of stopping in Old Town. And when we stop there, we always make a point of dining at the Old Town Mexican Cafe.

First visited this spot almost 8 years ago. Amazing food all around and their Mexican poutine is fire! They opened up another location in century city, LA and was super close to work so I would go there every month (sadly the place shut down a while back).
@@onlyao2010I am sorry to hear you no longer have a local Crack Shack. Maybe you can visit the one here in San Diego on a day trip. I will have to look into ordering the Mexican poutine someday. Thanks for the recommendation.
