Mine will connect but won’t give me the sound still plays it out of the controller I’ve tried resetting it and everything keeps saying connected and then won’t so I go to Bluetooth to connect it said device can’t pair just randomly stopped working and can’t get it to work anyone have any other solutions beside taking it out plugging back in and resetting it

Good video, I was getting annoyed because when I was doing it. It kept saying usb port not found. Tried a different charger and it worked for me. Reccommend try using a different usb charger if it don’t work for you🥹🥹

Just got the gen 2 700 and I’m struggling connecting to my PC N Xbox

Mine keeps saying it’s unable to communicate with the Usb, it also doesnt ask for windows permmission. What should I do?

My headset won’t even turn on either. And when I plug into my laptop on the turtle beach hub it senses that the headset is plugged in but says an additional component must be plugged. It’s saying that I need to plug in the transmitter. And there is no light coming on at all.

For some reason mines still isn’t able to work

For anybody without a computer if this happens to you and your on console yu have to log into the account it was last paired on and just let your headset sit for 20 or so minute and it’ll go back to normal just happened to me

My headset is same no lights at all like its dead reset buttons dont work
