Cadence is a part of hip hop meaning that you change cadences to demonstrate reach and illicit reaction and flow meaning that you are not always following the beat because he wants the words to lead 🙄. Kendrick always says he's a child of the 70's. And it reflects in most of his music. He is very much influenced by soul and funk music 🎶🎶. I love that about him. His use of samples encourages people to seek out the original songs. Thus keeping those old-school classics alive 😊

After watching the video and reading the comments, all I have to say is, I hope that calling for any hip-hop journey that you might take that you take the time to respect the craft and the artistry I would actually go back and listen to Kendrick section 80 EP studio album and start there I think you would be able to understand him a little bit better and where he came from. He was very well at articulating how he was brought up. Take the ride through his catalog he doesn’t dropped often but when he does, he has definitely a lot to say and it’s meaningful. He has the bullshit party music that you can pop your ass to, but he also wants you to think about life yourself and others I’ll be watching you guys in the future, but this was an interesting video.
