When it comes to basic training, you don't need a partner. But when it's time for attack sparring and combat in karate, you'll definitely have opponents to challenge you😃
First of all, before you start practicing karate, please take off your watch as it can cause injury to your opponent. The same goes for necklaces and various earrings. (先ず空手の稽古を始める前に腕時計は相手に怪我をさせるので外しなさい。ネックレスや各種ピアス類も同様です)
