Hi there, we are Richie, Jools, and Captain Geoffrey the NarrowDog, welcome to our channel.
We have unexpectedly moved from our three bed rental to our 50 ft Narrowboat Sapphire.
Sapphire is in need of a little TLC so follow our journey with her continued refurbishment
We are moored at a marina for the time being but the aim is to become continuous cruisers in the future.
Our little Vlogs started as a way to keep in touch with a dear friend who became ill, they were never meant to be uploaded but .
We decided to go ahead with a little re editing, and dedicating them to the memory of our buddy.,
The vlogs are our way of representing our personal experiences of marina life, living on our boat, and little narrow escapes when we can. If you enjoy nature, and photography, and a little bit of a laugh.

Hi Angela, we are way behind. It takes a long time to produce each vlog, purely because of our style of filming ,plus we had to take a break due to my job. We’re still behind I’ve just had the worst virus ( not covid) but I’ve just lost another 3 weeks. We’re experiencing some internet issues as Thank you for your comment well at the moment as they are converting over to 5G it’s very annoying! Life sometimes doesn’t quite play ball 😊 Thank you for watching we hope you enjoy even if it is way behind. Take care and keep well x

Hi again Michael That could well be a good solution it is a little fiddly as it is. Gary I think now he has such a strong following and support for his channel is living his best life. He’s far happier now than when he was at the Marina. He’s such a great guy and has been a great support to us he’s missed here, but we get to catch up regularly. 😊

@@OurNarrowboatHome Home now, operation was Friday afternoon, up walking with zimmerframe Friday night. Discharged and home Saturday. If the op had been Friday morning I would have been home that day. I enjoyed the operation and the first time in two years NO pain! Mxx
