Quiet Your Mind: 10-Minute Writing Practice with Relaxing Music
Hey guys, so today's prompt is:
'Every day I plant seeds of kindness...'
For 10 minutes, write, and see what comes out. You might find yourself writing about random acts of kindness you've experienced from strangers, or perhaps you were the one being kind to someone you didn't know.
You might write about how you want more kindness in your life, and how it starts with you.
You might write about how hard it is to think about the last act of kindness you witnessed.
If the latter is you, then consider this video for you, and let this be the latest act of kindness you've witnessed.
Whatever comes to mind, write it down. Get it out. There's no right or wrong way of doing this practice.
Let me know how you get on.
And remember... be kind to yourself.

    I need this so much right now. We just lost our cat Hayden..He was a part of our family 24 hours a day for the past 5 years. These affirmations help to get through the mornings. My brother also left the planet 3 years ago and this helps me let go of him also. Thank You!!

    I just found this today snd it’s exactly what I needed. My incredibly beautiful mommy passed away November 16, 2020 and I’m struggling badly. I miss her so much and can’t seem to pull myself together. Thank you for this and I will be visiting grief yoga as well. I’ve subscribed here and hope you create more like this. ♥️🌹🙏🏻

    Just stumbled upon this today. It was what I needed. This will be apart of my daily morning affirmations and meditations. My precious Daddy died last February,almost a year now and I am still having a rough time. He died 3 months shy of 98. I keep holding on to that because that in itself is a blessing. Thank you!

      @@writewithgavinwhyte Ha, ha - you never know who's watching. 🤓 It seems that with the current slew of quality Spiritual teachers (Eckhart Tolle, Steve Taylor, Tim Freke, Russel Williams etc) building on the work of Krishnamurti, Ram Dass etc - there must be an ever greater group (or wave) of 'students' of Spiritual Awakening. I suspect that you're work is a part of making this wave eventually a tsunami.

      @@Eduaro2U Yes :) I actually know Steve Taylor. He included my awakening experience in one of his books - I think The Leap. I love Krishnamurti and Ram Dass... you straight away highlighted two of my favourite teachers :)
