JKS Swage is a multi-faceted company dedicated to bullets and bullet making supplies for the shooter, handloader, and bullet maker. we both broker and manufacture bullet swaging gear in a wide range. Products are available for most of the common die sizes and systems on the market. Of particular interest to us is getting more people involved on the making of their own jackets and jacket products. There has been much confusion regarding what it takes to make jackets on small shop and hobby gear. And there is a lot of mistaken belief that it is too limited, too expensive, and too complex for the average bullet maker! Nonsense. We hope to show in some of our videos just how easy it can be. And just how versatile as well.

Thanks to everyone who sent kind wishes during my recent health issues! I appreciate it. Things are much brighter right now and we have been doing some new things. One of these is a redesign of the HP tool. The tool now features a 1 piece body instead of two. This makes things MUCH more precise and accurate. We also now include 3 punches standard - The regular HP, one we call "The Wedge" which creates a HUGE HP tip, and a special flat nose punch that can make anything from a slight flat tip to a virtual wadcutter! I hope to do an updated vid soon - We have these available for sale, just e-mail for details: jksswage@yahoo.com
BTW - the run 90 bucks plus 7.15 flat rate in the USA.

I hope you're doing well. It's always a somber moment when you find a dead channel. Can't help but think the worst
Do you also make your own cartridge cases??
Where can you buy the equipment from to do this?
From where shall I get bullet making tools

Hi are you still making this item?
U gave me an idea, ive been wanting to jacket my 40mm cannon projos, i looked at copper pipe caps but none my size, 1 1/2"caps are the closest, i think i could size them down to 1 5/8"od. If i hadnt retired a couple years age this would be kind of easy, we could make what we wanted on our own time, me (cannons / mortars and such), now ive got to get creative. Food for thought. Thanks
Wait what? a 40mm _cannon?_ You lucky bastard.
@@stevepalpatine2828 I've got several actually both 40mm muzzle & breech loaders also 2 B/L under construction & 3" muzzle loaders & a breech loader under construction😊😊
I have reloaded and cast bullets for almost 40 years. I have always been interested in swaging, but the high start-up cost has always kept me from pulling the trigger. You can buy a wheelbarrow full of factory projectiles for the cost of the equipment required to swage your own. It would be nice if a budget company like Lee would step into the market.
Thats why I made my own swaging setup.
👍
Is this John Goodman's side gig?
Thank you for this. I’ve been looking around for information in this and it seems like there’s almost nothing to find, and people seem to think it’s impossible. It kinda seems like folks don’t want folks to know how to do this.
Corbin swag press website is a wealth of information
I figured out another real good use for this tool. I put my 223 projectiles in it and it not only gives me a devastating HP. But it also makes all the castings a perfect .226 in diameter AND a consistent OAL with in a half thousand. I went on eBay and I was looking to pick up another one. Are you still making these????
Where can I get this die???
This tool name please
Sick
Awesome
The ebay link is dead. Any way i can still buy one of these? Canada
Just look up on eBay lil gizzy ,just got mine and damn
@@CasaPescayMas thanks for the heads up. I just got mine ordered
Хороша машинка👍👍👍 три тысячи первый лайк
Thank you sir
Ahhh, wouldn't you just buy hollow point 22lr? I'm mean they are cheap! Use your round nose to target practice. Where's the logic here?
Three significant things; First the bullets are also swaged up slightly in diameter and greatly increased in uniformity, meaning better accuracy. Second, hollowpoints basically come in one configuration this die will create a number of different options many of which can drastically improve terminal performance. And MOST IMPORTANT, what do ya do when hollow points ARE NOT available over the counter - which thanks to shortages, hoarding and the left, has been a significant reality for much of the past 4 years, and really for a great deal of time n and off going back to 2008.
Hello, may I ask how thick is the copper tape used for punching bullet casings? If it is too thin, how to process the bottom edge of the tail?
Any accuracy testing with these?
I’ve hit squirrel with them at 120 yards .nice hits there what can I say bloody
You talking to much
Do you have the setup dies for sale or know how to gi about getting these?
Are these still available?
Still making these by any chance?
yes - this link will get you onewww.ebay.com/itm/185454624467
Can this work as does a Waltz resizing die?....to result in a slightly "fatter" round ?
yes, it does bump up the diameter during the uniform/hp operation
@@johnharvey4911 ...thank you !!
That’s awesome. I want one . How do I get one ?
I would be happy if I could find one.....
Skip to 6:30, it takes him that long to get to the point.
Is John Goodman narrating this video?
I'M LOOKING FOR SOME DIE SET TO MAKE THE .22 LR CARTRIDGES FROM A BRASS SHEET.
