Heal + Protect: Core Activation + Nervous System Balance
This class leads you through a grounding 360° breath, simple core exercises on your back, and gentle spinal mobility lying down. Expect to feel grounded and more connected to your body and breath while awakening your abdominals.
The 360° breath optimizes core function and moves your respiratory diaphragm into a rest and digest response. This type of practice can be very helpful to reduce stress and increase calm. Practice the 360° throughout your day to help regulate your nervous system.

    This is an incredible resource, thank you! Can't wait to try. I've been using one really simple knee rotation exercise from one of your Instagram posts, & it's solved my chronic knee pain completely!! & I had seen multiple physios & been doing other exercises for months with no improvement.     As an ex-teacher, this would be FABULOUS for kids! I could see elementary school teachers using this technique to get kids settled and primed for learning anytime they re-enter the room as a group (like after recess, lunch or after an active physical education class).
