part of me feels sad seeing all the stuff being sold off. But I also appreciate the fact that it gets reused.

This is how your life ends up folks, you pay your hard earned money to build you a nice life and at the end it sells for pennies on the dollar and you have 20 strangers in your home going through it all and knowing what things are worth but basically steal it by offering you 10 bucks and sell it for 450 to me there ought to be a law on this and people prosecuted 😢

I never waste my time asking how much for one item is, just make a pile make it as big as you can as fast as you can and then talk later.

It looks like you were the last one to enter. With estate sales if you're not first your last. Next time get up a little earlier a few hours earlier and wait and trust me the rewards will be a lot more rewarding

Estate sales always make me feel a bit sad. Someone spends a life time acquiring all this stuff and in the end a bunch of strangers just dig through it and buy it for pennys on the dollar. Just seems a bit sad

More and More of the “Elvis era” 1955-63 material is falling in value by the year. It’s still great music but most record collectors want “Sgt. Pepper” and later Beatles, hard and classic rock, and especially metal, punk and 80’s. If that stash of records was Blue Note from the same era, there would have been $300 to $500 dollar figures on them.

Is sad knowing someone passed and then the vulture swoop in for next to nothing. But that is life. We are told all our life we cant take stuff with us when we die. But Heaven is far better than anything we can possibly have on earth. Im waiting Jesus
