One of the most memorable meals I've ever had was at an Argentinian Steakhouse in Bueno Aires. It was adjacent to a private airport and we watched the planes come and go as we ate. The food and service was exceptional...so was the wine.
This dudes watch was rubbing all up in the raw meat.
I was into it until he threw that plastic bag with charcoal in! Not gonna lie. I would never eat there!

First of all, we don’t know what that plastic was made of, it might be a biodegradable product. And even if it’s not, we all know that Recycling is less than optimal. In fact, it doesn’t actually happen a lot of the time. I would rather that plastic be burnt up and in the atmosphere Rather than around a sea turtles neck. And that little bit of stuff right at the beginning is not going to have any impact on the meat or your health. You’re eating barbecued meat. Any tiny bit of smoldering plastic flame will be long gone in minutes. You’d be hard-pressed to take that down to a lab and find any plastic residue on or in the meat. And for people who were saying he cut directly into the meat right after pulling it off the fire, I did not see that. What I saw was him take the meat off drop it on the table and then an editing cut for time. We actually have no idea what the time was between dropping the meat and actually cutting it. And then people go to McDonald’s and smoke cigarettes, lots of laughs. I would eat there right now. Everything looked perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious. That chef was a pit master!

@@eduardogomez608 Te voy a educar un poco, no existe carne argentina! Ni uruguaya. 1) Angus: Zona de origen: Noroeste de Escocia. 2) Hereford Zona de origen: Suroeste de Inglaterra. Somos reproductores de razas británicas y cocinamos de la forma más simple imposible, igual a los indios de 300 años atrás. Ustedes asan la carne con carbón y nosotros con leña (no hay ningún invento de ambas partes. Por lo tanto, no hagas el papel de ignorante diciendo esas tonteras.

@canito3382 No necesito de tu educacion,comprobado varias cosas,la carne britanica es horrible,la otra,el bife de chorizo uruguayo es malo yo lo comprobe,y la ultima la carne Argenta es la mejor por la excelente pastura(los animales deambulan por el campo libremente),y el clima del pais.Y por ultimo acá se usa tanto la leña como el carbon.Y deja de vender humo como todo uruguayo.
