Those plastic tarps make shitty ice houses. For one the sweat with most types of propane heaters (good luck with a wood stove) and they don't breath so you can suffocate from your heater using up the oxygen inside. Not to mention when they get cold, the plastic blowing in the wind is annoyingly noisy as hell!

Hi Shawna, where did you get that size ammo can for $20.00? Anything i found that size was at least $40.00. I ended up buying the next size down ( 50Cal - i believe), and that was $20.00 from the biggest army surplus place in my area - Southern Ontario. And yes, yourfriend did an awesome job. It really makes me regret not taking weldi g classes in high school a bot more seriously.

Great workmanship but sorry to say it has 2 big design flaws, the pipe is upside down, the male should go into the female so the creosote drips back down on the inside of pipe into the stove and is reburned, that way the pipe stays clean, the way you have it, it can become a gooey mess, also the draft should be low on the front door so air is pulled through the wood. Sorry

You can just buy Thomas water proof for fence with 25% silicone mixing.. used zip ties on stick power drill it's faster ahhhhhhhhhhh
