This should be titled How to manipulate people trying to find a home.
Hi Kirtus! I love all your videos. How can I get a copy of your BC sheet, and buyer's book?
Thanks for the information. I am interested in the rating sheet. That's a great idea, thanks again!
I like the trip to Hawaii analogy.. tried this with my buyer consult yesterday and they loved it.
Great vid. I love this
I love the “story” you use to explain the home buying process! It is relatable and easy to follow along! Is there anyway I can purchase your buyer’s consultation presentation?
Hi there, it's been years since I used it, but I'll certainly find a way to give it to you! send me a text at 210-854-1535 with your info and let's jump on zoom call and I'll figure out what to give you!
I would like the sheet please.
Am going through the same thing I need your help

Is there a fee to the buyer who signs the Buyer Consultation Agreement?
Hi Kirtus! I’m a relatively new realtor over in NJ. I just came across your “how to run a perfect buyer appointment” video from 2 years ago and it was so helpful! I had a question: do you have the template for your buyer presentation available for download? It’s extremely well thought out and I’d love to pull from it to use in my own presentation.
Hi Rich! I don't have the template that I would've been using two years ago, but shoot me an email at kirtus.dixon@exprealty.net and I'll reply with a version of my template. Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it!
of if you'd rather find my on IG at kirtus.dixon, I can reply via DM there as well!
2 great looking chaps on this podcast!
Loved it! Thanks Kurtis! 5?s, habit/rituals, and a reward system, are great Ideas for me.
Awesome! You're going to start crushing cold calls Jackson! Thanks for the great question!
Hello! Great info. Would you present the Buyer Contract via Zoom?
Hi Terria, absolutely I would present the buyer representation agreement via zoom no problem. One of my favorite tips for that part is to do a screen share and review it with them that way. Having a good buyer presentation slide show can also be a great aid to a virtual buyer presentation.
Can you have guns on this game
lol, the closest thing to a weapon is me on the virtual basketball court or maybe our speed boat.
yall lucky, i was about to make my avatar and light that convention up...😄😄
WEOOOOOOOW THIS IS SO CUUUUUUUTE
Gatcha m8. Nice quotes.
We are so proud of you Jax! Keep up the great work! :) Also, what website are you using to learn how to type faster?
How does a Real Estate salesperson represent the buyers best interests?
Hi @jvolstad. Thanks for watching and for your question. There are a lot of different directions to go with this answer here. I'll give you my way to think about it and then recommend a few other resources you should use to help give yourself more clarity around that topic. 1. My way to think about how to represent the buyer's best interests: In order to understand the "buyer's best interests" you must find out as much as you can about their: home search, purchase goals, financial status and continuously communicate with them about these subjects and once you know information about these areas, you must always place the interests of your buyer above any interests you may have related to helping them purchase a home. What that means in plain English is: Don't try and "Sell them" on any home. Help them "win" the offer once you find a home that they know and you know works for them and meets their goals. Do this with honesty, transparency, clear communication and do the best job of utilizing your resources possible and you are always representing their best interests. 2. Read the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of ethics here: www.nar.realtor/about-nar/governing-documents/code-of-ethics/2019-code-of-ethics-standards-of-practice#DutiestoCandC 3. Obtain a copy of the Buyer's Representation Agreement or Buyer Broker Agreement from your State Real Estate Commission or State Board of Realtors, and read through it. It will lay out in plain language the commitments that you are making when you enter into an agency agreement with a buyer. Hope this helps!
