Hi. I'm new to this bike and just received one without the helmet lock key. Is the ignition key also used for the helmet lock? Thanks.

I had a 1976 CB200 in green, cost £439 in 1976 [£1 was worth $1.78 back then so $781]... loved that bike!. [Sadly written off in ’77 when an articulated trailer ran over it and bent the frame like a banana!]

Very first motorcycle I ever rode cb200 in green belonged to out maths teacher used to let senior year ride it at back of school at lunch time

Fantastic little bikes...as a teen in the 70s in London we loved em..excellent work..man would I love the green one.you got great taste in bikes and music brother..the stones and the who...oh yes.

Enjoyed the video, but certainly not the first start up for either bike. Carbs wouldn’t be that tuned.

The engine should not sound like that on tick over. They should just rustle quietly. Why would you make a video of a bike that won't start and sounds like a bag of nails on tickover. Revving it up doesn't cover up the fact that engine is not running anything like how a four hundred four should run. Yeah it's shiny, but like the saying goes all that glitters isn't gold..

That brought back memories. I was 12yrs old when dad bought it for me. He was 6’2” and id get on the back and we would go riding down country roads in the evenings. Seems funny now but boy was that fun.
