    I hope somehow after 2 years you see this message. I want to thank you for your teaching in such a good way. speaking on the oat straw changed everything for me.     Hi Hannah. I have recurrent pericarditis. How much mg extract of hawthorn flower and blatts would you take per day If you were in my situation? I'm looking forward to take 500mg (hawthorn blatts with flower extract) plus 200mg Magnesium plus 1000 mg L-Cartinin plus 100mg Q10

      I can't give you any personal recommendations because that would be for your health practitioner to decide, but if it were me, I would stick to taking the daily amount recommended by the supplement company found on the label.
