Just found this video and I think it's the first one of your channel that I've seen. After finding out my laptop can't handle the graphics of Monster Hunter Wilds, I went back to my shiny only nuzlocke attempt. It's my first shiny nuzlocke and I'm doing it on Scarlet just to have a chance of getting anywhere. First day of the attempt, it took a lot of running around, but I found a shiny Magikarp. Not great since it can't fight well until it evolves, at least not great when trying to get started. On the second day of the attempt, I found a shiny Drowzee and both are female shiny Pokemon which is a little crazy. But I can finally start the nuzlocke part of the game. I'm thinking of going after a shiny Houndour if possible cause I could use a fire type and I've never had a shiny Houndour before. And it's a nice blue shiny

As someone who has two hunts that have also taken over 3 years individually, I understand the pain and patience- I SRed for a shiny Snivy in Black 2. That hunt took me 3 years. Mainly due to my wildly inconsistent dedication to it. I FINALLY got my silly Smugleaf last year during August. (And then proceeded to hatch another shiny one in the same game after 2 eggs. B2 has been very generous to me) My second one was a Shalpha Haunter. That one took me the entirety of Legend Arceus’ lifespan, and then some. This goddamn ghost has NO EXCUSE for taking as long as it did. Countless permutation attempts(which the method often didn’t work for some reason), countless map runs and resets. And then the bastard FINALLY SHOWED UP, A FEW MONTHS AGO. I love Haunter, and she’s gonna stay a Haunter. I’m very glad to see your patience and resilience get rewarded. Very deserved and I’m very happy you got the silly creature.
