I watched this for the first time on imax a couple weeks back and have been rewatching it via reactions and such since, and I don't think I'll ever stop crying at this scene even if I memorize every word

And among his last words being that Harry has her eyes. 😢 Lilly was never far from his mind and even as he lay dying he was thinking about her. As he said; Always.

It was heavily implied that Palpatine used Padme’s life force to keep Anakin alive. Even with all the bionic enhancements, something like this would be near impossible to survive. While Padme is giving birth and her life force drains away almost immediately, as Darth Vader regains his strength. Palpatine knew that even with less midichlorians Anakin’s power still surpassed most force users. Plus the added bonus of with Padme gone and the baby presumably dead, Anakin had nothing to hold him back from dedicating himself entirely to the Sith.

No one but a HP lover will only understand what this scene is for us all ❤

Think about it, Snape had to stand there and smile at the man who killed the woman he loved. Just for that alone I wish Snape could have been there to see Voldomore die.

Frodo was also stabbed by a Morgul blade, he never fully recovered from that either. Gandalf and Elrond said that wound would never fully heal.

11:17 I’ve lived an breathed this trilogy since I was shown it as a child and I never realised this. She’s so right, we haven’t seen Frodo smile since he left the shire. This doesn’t just speak to the potency of this moment but also the emotional intelligence of this reactor to pick up on this particular nuance.
