Great job and a really practical video topic. My only “hmm…” moment was in your cutting the cost of the replacement parts/repairs in half to calculate your offer amount. The cost of the labor and time to replace those things (like a tub) more than covers half the value. (Probably much more in some cases.) So if it’s something you would not have had to replace, I’d the say adding the full cost of replacements is a generous calculation. Going halfsies is not necessary.

I've been researching with the thought of buying and renovating again. Apparently, the best made are those before 2008. After that, manufacturers began skimping to keep costs down. During the COVID shutdown, manufacturers didn't have all the parts they needed so improvised. Just warning others about that. It is beautifully done.

Right up front you can see the 'delamination' (the bubbling look) in the front. That's very expensive to replace and if you do it yourself....for me, no thank you. This turned out really nice. Well done. I look forward to the big tour.

That looks so good!! The only thing I would have done differently is put the table legs from front to back instead of side to side and rounded the front corners of the table to make getting in the seats easier. Great video!

There are various types of these devices, and including devices that can be used when boating or camping situations. *Some have emergency Strobe lights SOS signaling with location alerts, and location updates that can be sent to your family, and emergency first responders. Some can be synchronized with your smart watch or phone. You can check online, and on Amazon, research what SOS devices will be a good fit for you. *Mini portable vehicle battery charger-( portable vehicle battery jumper cables ) *Vehicle Jumper cables Mounted Dashboard camera front and rear possibly.
