Why FUT? You destroyed many Hairfollicels with the scalpel. And you have now a big scar.

He went from being bald to still be bald. Honestly, if you can't deliver a hair transplant don't do them.

Hello. A clinic recommended 2000 grafts be removed from my beard. I have a good strong beard in my opinion that I grow quite long and dense. About 3-4 inches. How much will this thin my overall beard because I love the beard and would hope to continue growing a strong beard in the future.

Use hair fibers for the crown area, makes a massive difference

Maybe try SMP for the crown to save on grafts?

Hi Steve, how long does the procedure take, and do you have to shave the front or back of the scalp in order to do the procedure?

Very informative, I'm 28 and have only thinning in the crown similar to the photo at 7:10 but probably 55% less hair loss at the moment and only on one side but gradually getting bigger. Using finasteride everyday for 6 month my hairloss is not defined enough or halted yet, I can see the crown progressively thinning still so I'm probably not a good candidate for a crown transplant at this time as it could get worse after the surgery. Would you suggest waiting a year or so to try and get to a level where my hair loss in the crown has either stopped after continued finasteride and dermarolling or waiting a long time until the loss become fully circular like in the 7:10 photo before going for a surgery?

You can always SMP the FUT scar later down the road. Starting with FUE is risky. Especially with someone with a lot of hair loss and a lot more to lose.

Was this procedure performed via FUT or FUE? Also, the hair line looks really nice.

This is the question I was asking on most TH-cam vid about oral minoxidil but nobody could answer the question,the problem is the extra body hair like arm and shoulder hair are you sure it goes if you stop?as I've not seen evidence that it does.for instance people use minoxidil to grow beards and once there beard is terminal they quit the minoxidil and they keep there beard for life.last question I'm 4 months in on oral minoxidil 5mg a day and not seen any scalp hair improvement but only more unwanted bodyhair will my scalp hair improve or do I up the dose ?and does the body hair increase plato or keep increasing until I'm like a gorilla?
