I took out the back part of my back seats to add extra headspace when back there and storage when I eventually moved cross country. The part you sit on is still there for extra comfort when I drive my dog around, and because it sits very level with the lower area of the trunk. We mostly slept in a tent, but the car was plenty comfy for my pup and I for nights we got to a camp spot late or stealth camped in a parking lot

Good tips. I've to go away for work next mth and hotel prices are sky high. So I'm hoping to save some money. Thanks

Youd be surprised how many people are actually living in their cars atm. Gym membership for showers in the morning and a warehouse job. Youre right as rain.

I wish plastic containers did not stink badly. I bought several for my basement and I had to throw them out because they made my basement and anything inside them stink. I could not handle my car and bedding smelling like those and fried food. I would use cardboard boxes or luggage instead. And cook on a table outside with my car windows up. Or eat sandwiches. How do you clean up the greasy fry pan? Otherwise, good ideas!
