Nice video shot, thanks for sharing it with us, well done :)
I don't know if this channel is still active, but I love your workflow with the smart dimensions dictating the shape the curves take. I do have one question: How do you arrive at those values? Did you pre-measure a knife that you are now modelling, or did you just tweak the values until they were the way you wanted them and wrote them down for this tutorial? I'm not new to modelling, but most of the complex modelling I've done has been with Rhino, so I'm not very familiar with advanced modelling techniques with parametric softwares as opposed to NURBS (thus why I'm watching the tutorial).
Sir where is the cap of the bottle I want to learn about that
Amazing job, very good tutorial. Step by step without fast moves and good explanation

Hello, can you help me to draw a perfume bottle
Very good the only problem is that in the student version of Solidworks doesn't have the part of Surfaces
You can go to Insertion (in sketch) / Surface / filled
Thanks so much my dcg teacher is useless with your help I've been able to complete my exam project

I am attempting to make a similar part for a school project. It has to rotate about a pin because it's part of a multitool assembly. For some reason, I can't get the ellipses for the serration to extrude - I get an error stating it does not intersect the model. Is this because it's a knit surface? I did select make solid when knitting. However, I had to make the pivot plate out of a regular extruded boss/base, so I wonder if it is looking for the sketch to be cut out of that body.
Can you show how draw roll of bubble wrap? Cause I still don't know how to draw it.
Greetings from Profenaa Groups And PITC , To know more about Skill development Software Training with placement assistance . kindly watch this Video th-cam.com/video/jZqhZLybl7I/w-d-xo.html

Thanks for the tutorial, it was a fun little project to do!
Thanks for your comment!
what if you need to place a number from 1 to 8 on that cilinders? it looks imossible to me, because "linear pattern" does not work with text. It is a simple task but i found no ene ever done it.
Who to use the surface because i follow your sketching but, when i want to use surface, it doesn't allow me to press the button.
how many components are in this
4 components
excellent tutorials for beginners thank you so much!!
I've been told it's bad practice to leave sketches under defined.
You are right, but it would make the video a lot longer, so for that purpose I didn’t define all the sketches.
I found this video very helpful, thank you.
Thanks for making this video, I'm fluent with Inventor but new to SolidWorks, which seems a bit more user friendly. It's just learning what the equivalent command is in SW. This is a very easy to follow video.
I’m glad the video helped you!
Hello can i please message you !!! i need your help
Sure, can you sent me a private message on my channel?
you just made me a mechanical engineer
I’m very happy to hear that! Good luck with your career as a mechanical engineer!

How Do you make the trim tool work, mine does not seem to work ..
At what point of the tutorial are you stuck?
Great tutorial. I started losing it about 13:47 but this is all new to me.
I am getting the same issue. It is the part at 13:45 and I get an error saying the trimmed pieces cannot be sewn together.
I figured it out. I needed to remove selections but the default is keep selections.
Your tutorials are most appreciated. Very helpful for beginner like me especially am not able to visualize well in 3D. Thank you for your hardwork
Is this the model of a classic blender bottle?
I'm not sure, but it is just a standard protein shaker.
Your English is Great man, no worries. Love the video!
How do you add rows on the helix matrix?
Great tutorial !
Can I learn how to use solid-works on my own?
Ofcourse you can! If you are a beginner I suggest to watch the step-by-step tutorials on my channel first. Goodluck!
Dude Im learning solidworks and I like what you do and the way you explain, I want to know if you have videos but working with gears. God bless ya.
Your skill is over 9000.
Thank you, sir! :D
great tutorial thank you
Thank you, sir.
Thank You, Sir.
thank you
Awesome videos, good to see you active again here! I`d like to ask couple of questions if you dont mind. When you did a spiral, how did you know what variables to give when you created them? How did you choose the profile (and the one on the opposite side of it) you used? and last but not least: is there a way to know that those spirals actually are matching and working optimally? Like said, awesome videos, keep them coming :).
Hi! Thanks for your questions! Before I made the tutorial I measured the product with a caliper, so all the tutorials I make are actual products. What you can do is check if the profiles match (If you are working on a project) by using the section view option and use move part (rotate) where needed. If you are not sure about the tolerance and measurement, you can always ask a product engineer. I try to show as much features as possible in my tutorials, so this tutorial I show how to insert a spiral with a various pitch and in the next tutorial I show a spiral with a constant pitch. Hope this is the answer on you question. More tutorials coming soon!
@@designertutorials1320 Very nice job on this. My only thought is you mated the 2 parts without reguard to the threads. If I were to take a sectional would I see crossed threads? Problem!!
