If you see garbage everywhere you go it’s because when visitors like you come here they assume they are privileged and can toss their trash because nobody would know who you are. So don’t blame the locals. I just hate it when summer comes and we get all these tourists who don’t respect our surroundings.

Thanks Michal, your video helped me a lot.. but I still haven’t decide if I should buy the global pass or not due to reservation issue. Plan to travel in 3 cities in UK, then continue to Amsterdam, Zurich and will end our journey in Paris. How to activate the pass for the first time? Do we have to go to the office at train station or just use the QR code that we receive?

I’m visiting Dubai next April. Day 1) JBR, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumieirah. Staying in that area. Day 2) Burj Khalifa, Fountain and Dubai Mall. 3) hoping to have a tandem skydive. Two more days afterwards

Currently day 77 as of writing this, but I keep it with 5+ km a day with 8-12km at the weekends.. The hard part is, when I am on a business trip and need to do the running at 05:00 am in the morning, other than that it really became a habbit! I lost roughly 9kg over the last 2.5 months but the real improvement is mentally(!) - Feeling soo good!

If you guys are still here or going back, I HIGHLY recommend going to Republique (before 9 am) because they have one of the best pastry bars in the city. It’s consistently in the LA Times’ 100 Best restaurants list yearly since it opened!

There's the Dorion Tower, the suspension bridges over Eagle Canyon, Kakabeka Falls, and High Falls , down near the US border, as well. If you have a kayak, paddling out to the old Silver mine at the tip of Silver harbour us both spooky, and a very cool little side trip. Just to name a few more.

This running was stupid because it was debilitating due to lack of recovery. With one small change you can make it smart. On odd-numbered days you should run like you ran 10 kilometers. On even days you should do two runs of 5 km each. 5km in the morning and 5km in the evening. At the slowest possible pace, of course. In this way, you could continue the challenge for up to 10 years. Only make sure that the slow runs are at a conversational pace. Zone1 or 2.

You played the tune "London Bridge is Falling Down" when you showed Tower Bridge 09:52. Although you gave the bridge the correct name (i.e. Tower Bridge) - I would try to avoid using that tune - as London Bridge is a completely different bridge, about half a mile away. You don't want people to think that the bridge in your video is still somehow "London Bridge". It's a very common mistake made by tourists
