    Wer Visionen hat sollte zum Arzt gehen. MBO und OKR sind doch nur Hilfsmittel, damit die Führungskraft dem Mitarbeiter ordentlich in den Hintern treten kann. Aus meiner Sicht alles veraltet und unnützes Zeug die den Mitarbeiter davon abhalten Value zu generieren, den der Productowner gefordert hat und wenn ein Mitarbeiter nicht on track ist, dann gibt es spätestens in der Retrospective Fratzengeballer von den Kollegen und eine Lösung wie man den betroffenen Kollegen wieder in die Spur bekommt.
