INTERSECTION GROUP
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 25 มิ.ย. 2014
Intersection Group is a global community of people interested and invested in creating better enterprises. With our association we extend an open invitation to anyone who shares this challenge and ambition, rather than forming a traditional professional organisation: you don't have to call yourself an Enterprise Designer to join and contribute. Our members are working as designers and architects, analysts and advisors, founders and executives, investors and leaders, coaches and mentors, authors and researchers.
Our members are engaged in co-creating publications and a set of coherent open source tools developed from practice, research and conversations. This EDGY Open Source Tool combines approaches from various disciplines such as Enterprise and Business Architecture, Service and Organisation Design, Brand Identity and Strategic Management, and makes them work together in a seamless approach for more coherent enterprises.

11 Patterns to Boost Your Impact on the Enterprise (November 2024)
with Bard Papegaaij
Enterprise Designers face a difficult task. Understanding what needs to change and designing those changes is difficult enough. Getting the enterprise to collaborate with you, adopt your designs and implement them in the way you intended is often even harder. You need to get people to trust you, to value your work and your advice and to get as enthusiastic about your ideas and designs as you are yourself. Just delivering great designs is not enough; only through the power of influence will those great designs have a chance to have the impact you desire.
The patterns in this webinar outline major steps to establish and grow your influence and impact as an Enterprise Designer. This is a continuous process that takes time and constant attention.

EDGY is an incredible tool to co-create an enterprise. The Venn Diagram is the perfect level to help everybody share their view point on an enterprise. While having an overview is great to start the conversation, it is not enough to create or improve an enterprise. During our second year with EDGY at &friends, we started seeing patterns in how people navigate between facets and intersections, w...

Phenomenal presentation! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Could you please add the links to the Flight Level books Klaus is referring to around 27 minutes ?
Can’t see the screen. Can you publish the slides?

Thank you so much Intersection Group by releasing this fantastic open-source language! It's transformed my way to face Enterprises and my work along with Clients...
Very informative.
Thank you Annika!
This is not a frame work, this is organization and categorization.
Roger Burlton is amazing. He is an inspiration for many. :)
Good to hear about the the folly of trying to impose design with organisations. Learning our way through org design and experimentation. Moving away from the machine form… Top down design, its easy, and it drives people crazy… The structure could be emergent through earning… Looking at different types of archetypes… He mixed up Teal a bit, as he tried to relate it to his approach.
Most industries will never move away from the programed machine. Why should they? Teal is not superior to other forms
Wow Oliver, that is a REALLY interesting and relevant presentation. Can't wait to talk more!
Really insightful presentation
8 minutes into this and I got lost ... Nothing "practical" found here, just loads of talk, as typical for these days ...
Thanks very much for hosting this session. A few things keep me thinking: - Is adhocracy really the same as Agile?? - Is outward bound really the only major change in the last 30 years?? - Is there really such stable markets (such as the fast food market) that companies can stay in the Programmed Machine mode for ever?? Those questions help me to reflect and learn. Thanks !! Claus
Excellent session, thank you!
What a wonderful world you live in... To make storage more expensive that what already is, so most of population will not be able to afford a phone call, an email address or even have the right to consume web resources. What is wrong with you? Be careful on what you say.
Behavioral economics is now the paradigm which is implemented in all translational organisations and the EU which govern "Sustainability". The idea of human kind of behavioral economics is an idea of human kind of an authoritarian or totalitarian state but not democracy. Are you ready to make this connection? I guess not because you are one of the 40 change leaders since 2010 and therefore an acteur of the first global revolution (1991), which is a revolution top down, not bottom up. If the people would know more about astroturfing, the world would be a better place. Never thaught that neo-ecologist would sell people to the force of multistakeholderism and that means inclusive capitalism and the end of open societey if everybody is packed into a digital twin (digital eco-system) which is controlled by capitalists. The world has become crazy. Multi-Stakeholderims is just a thief of the ecologist language. every neo-ecologist who don't see this re-definition of a bentham's panopticum in the name of "ecology" is blind.
6:07 I was there at the beginning. It directly spun out of the vxrail user interface framework.
Great job Katharina! congratulations!
This is really helpful. Thanks for the effort :D
Nice way of explaining design thinking during the lifecycle from seed, crawl, walk to run for external customer facing products. However I'd like to see more video's on best practices to design internal (employee facing) customer experiences. For those products focusing on "differentiators" is maybe less relevant while e.g. having to executive repetitive manual workarounds is boring and demotivating, hence negatively impacting employee engagement scores. A low employee engagement score again can result in low employee retention, low employee retention in return imposes the risk of non sufficient knowledge transfer which in return leads to more mistakes which is impacting the customer experience negatively. Also how do you suggest at the enterprise level prioritising external products vs internal products?
Awesome framework from Katarina - I also believe that it can't get a little difficult to know what to focus on. If any of you want to hear what some design leaders said the top qualities for leadership are. Check this video we made out th-cam.com/video/j6a9kMvN2Kk/w-d-xo.html
Really useful! Thank you
any Idea about Enterprise Cartography?
Awesome framework, just trying to search something like this!
OMG this is fantastic, i'm so glad i found you, i have been rounds and rounds on this - great work also so interesting to see how you structure the framework so easy to follow thank you so much, where can i be in touch with you?, i'm jumping on the UX leadership next month and preparing for it. qq do you also do mentoring, just checking :) - once again great work Katharina 🙌🏼
i got the answer at the end of the workshop 👍🏼

This lecture is fantastic!
Absolutely loved this 🔥💰! Recently got hired as a design team lead and it's been a struggle moving from operations to strategy and team management, so I found this very insightful. Thanks for sharing
So helpful, thanks Katharina
Great presentation with authenticity from true life experience combined with nature metaphor of migration birds and the allegory of blind men and the elephant!!!
I find this so helpful, Katharina. Can't thank you enough.
nice analysis! if only we had more people paying attention to the crypto market, the bullish movement on the crypto market these past weeks has been beneficial to both the hodlers and traders alike, but more for the traders. This i can say for fact because i personally being a signal user, i was able to trade and make profit running over 56k usd, although i had guidance from Nathan Webb, we all can agree it has being a good run for crypto assets. Being a signal user for a while, i can firmly say Nathan's signals are the real deal, i have made quite a lot using his signals and others as well. strictly for crypto inclined concerns Nathan can be reached on wats pp *{+44 7782648398}* and also teligram *@webbnathan* .
great strategist with great descerning sense on when to trade.
Old video but a treasure Thanks for mentioning Iran, Happy to see the same problems are actually distributed across the globe. Although I do not totally agree the design model and service breakdown but it is fantastic overall.
Enjoying your stuff! 🔥 Hopefully you’ll like my friends Content too --> #IroncladMotorsport 🏎
Very insightful show. I usually watch TH-cam videos on X1.5. Your lecture should be watched rather at 0.75 :)
Wisdom words - "experimentation is not only needed when building digital offerings but it's also needed to build better business process on the operational backbone"

We have a shared experience of capturing a process that overwhelmed the user because they did not have the same view of a process as you have based on your research and deep understanding of a process. @Sasha Aganova
This is very helpful l. I’ve been an in house designer for some years now, and this framework has cleared up where my focus would be to get ready to move up the career ladder. Thank you.

Unbelievably brilliant. 4 likes... why the hell aren't more people listening?
Cause it probably requires sitting down and actually think and analyse what he is saying. Great talk, but very deep.
