Yeah, Hayden is awesome!! I have met him twice. The organization was a disaster and no volunteer should ever be rude. I understand how they can become frustrated, but ring rude will help no one. Glad to hear you still had a good time

It was honestly the most disorganized con I have been to. O didn’t even mention the line to just get in - that was absolutely ridiculous - they need to start shipping out badges like SDCC and NYCC. There is absolutely no reason you should have to wait over 30 minutes to just pick-up a badge!

@ i agree! we waited so long just for them to open the doors that shouldve been opened at 10 when the con opened yet it was way after that before we could finally walk in and wait the additional time to pick up those badges! it was mess

Probably a good move 👍🏻 A few years ago when Rosario Dawson was there, I waited almost 4 hours - it was insane! They sell way too many tickets for sure.

That’s good to hear. That may be the much better choice. Ideally, the same amount of tickets should be sold each day. I know Sundays can be tricky because the con is open a few less hours and sometimes the celebrities leave early to make flights and whatnot. Hope you grabbed some good autographs! I’ve never seen so few volunteers in all my years of going to conventions!

They over sell tickets and it gets worse every year. I drove two hours and got one autograph. The only solution is to either sell less tickets (which they will never do) or move to a bigger venue (which will cost more money). GalaxyCon is all about the money, not the fans.

It is pretty darn cool - I wish I would have filmed the back and trunk too.

2 hours for Bruce Campbell is very reasonable and worth it! There were barely any volunteers - and the ones I did see were too busy just yelling at people in the isles threatening to call security - like how about helping organize the lines instead.

Yeah, just way too many people - and then you have some of the bigger celebrity cancellations and everyone feeds into the same lines.

@@HyperspaceHeroesPodcast I agree 💯 I like the fun action and focus of the kids in the series and there is still that mystery of the planet on how it may or may not connect to other Star Wars series or lore for adults. Disney really needs to get the younger generation back into Star Wars. I feel like kids from the ages 7-20 just don’t care about Star Wars right now.

Man oh man - it was a disaster today. I got a video coming out tomorrow or Monday on the experience- it was one of the worst days ever at a con.

@@Mr49r1681 wow, that is messed up. Back in 2018 we were driving down from Cleveland to Cincy very excited to meet Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and as we are driving he cancelled on his IG account.

It’s really frustrating - I understand things come up - but it just seems like it’s becoming more and more normal for celebs to cancel after being announced early, right before tickets sales happen. John Cleese was announced like 2 months ago, and then like a day later they offered like 20% off - I’m just waiting to the last minute for now on. They never sell out anyway.

If it wasn’t so far from me I would for sure! I have really good things about that con.

It’s so frustrating. I really don’t want to even go. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I never got into GoT actually - I’m definitely more of a Star Wars guy! I like how your version of Rey had to overcome her arrogance: it made her seeming “perfection” in the sequels a genuine liability. And the fact that Grogudoesn’t know who her father was is an ingenious cliffhanger…

That’s a good point. But I also think the reason why the tickets were available so long is because they let less people in at a time.

Trust me, I hear ya. The point of my story was to fix or at least improve on what Disney has done. I still say use the World between Worlds to retcon the entire sequel trilogy.

More computers the better! As far as the browsers go, I still plan on using several. There is a paragraph on their site saying not to use more than one browser. But like you said, you don’t have to login before you enter so each browser will have a different Queue ID. I will go more in depth on this tomorrow when I am live at 11:30am EST for the badge sale.

@ update: Did 5 computers, 2 with 2 browsers open and the other 3 with just one browser for a total of 7 unique que ID’s. Got Thursday-Sunday!!!! Last year I missed out and I’m super happy to be going now for the first time for my 40th birthday in 2025 😊 thanks again for all the advice on the channel. 🤙🏼

@@Deonshadow It would just be for you. You can only buy VIP for one person. But… you can still stand in line together for most guests. The bigger guests you will still need your own ticket typically.

I also heard it’s hard to get the VIP passes since it’s limited quantities anyway worst comes I guess I’ll grab 2 4 day passes sorry it’s my first time going next year and I want to plan out everything early and coordinately also without a pain getting weekend passes

@ VIP are very difficult to get and you basically have no chance unless you get the Superfan Membership.
