@@Cks24 There's a tune available according to this video: th-cam.com/video/aj_tXiKOzmU/w-d-xo.html. This tune should also work with the Kia Forte GT which the downshifts sounds similar to the Veloster N or Elantra N downshifts

I’d say just a little bit but also the button on the left make sure to turn it up “illumination” it can be 20 max I usually keep it on 15 for the best mix of light but also light when the DRLs come on when nightfalls

When your on your big screen go to setup, screen layout, display off and it’ll show the screen that I had in the video

@ OFC MAN. Me being a GT owner with my 2022 being at almost 42k miles, sometimes I do the same thing when I want it to do what I want, but it gets unhappy LMFAO and starts doing some questionable transmission noises. So I’ve stopped, and the car drives a whole lot smoother, more accurate with what it needs to do if ur not in manual mode. In manual mode, it’s pretty much u can do whatever u want, but being in auto, that’s just somthing u gotta let the car handle on its own.😂 Love the content tho man! Keep it up! Just installed lowering springs too! 🫶

@@Cks24 LOWKEY thinking about it, when u do the mashing thing, it feels like its out of gear for the time your doing it, so I WOULD HOPE TO THINK its basically free reving until you either floor it or let off, which would be a smart thing by KIA in not damaging the transmission. Thats what Im hoping is happening.🤣

Say swear you had one. For mines I haven’t had no engine issues luckily I hope that problem doesn’t arise. I know someone that has a Forte GT as well way longer then me I think 3-4 years and he hasn’t posted anything about engine issues I think you should be okay

But from what I be seeing 1k-1.3k is the range that I see them going for sadly it is something you may have to bit the bullet to get what you want or try and do it yourself I’ve seen people do that too

I went to Jr Muffler and Brakes and I paid 220 I was lowkey expecting more but I think that would’ve been the case if I “X” pipe instead of the “Y” pipe as you seen in the video

You mean on the strut when installing it again I had to realign the strut so the bolts could torque down completely

No I didn’t torque any of the bolt to a certain point there is marks on all of the bolts to indicate where they started so you can try to reference that if you choose to do and the spring cushions i mimicked the same process while taking off re installing it it’s fairly simple if it wasn’t they would’ve been failed by now

The ride quality is good It doesn’t feel bumpy to me the one thing I do notice is more noise in the rear from the springs but it doesn’t bother me at all I’m blasting music majority of the time

@@PerseusM76 let’s goooo!! And I got my paddle shifters from N75 Motorsports. It was a easy install you take the 3m sticky pad and heat it up but it on the paddle and stick the whole thing to the steering wheel took what a couple mins

How you liking the mbrp axel back it’s nice? I wanna get it for my GT can’t lie to you. And you talking about the speakers the 8 Harmon kardon for the gt2 package right I like mines but then again I have my bass turned up.

@@Cks24 The MBRP is nice! Its an easy add on and it give her a little more aggressive sound! Yes the 8 Harmon kardon gt2 it just didnt have as much bass or get as loud as i wanted. I need to do the system update though its supposed to fix the volume level so you dont have to crank it all the way up to hear it lol!

It’s definitely different I like the headlights gives like an alien vibe which is dif from rest of the comp out here makes you stand out hella. I think the rear of the car could have another look or more added to make it cool as well.

Over modernized and they killed the manual trans. That's all I'll say.
