Jiren is just built different 🐐🐐🐐 but I think Dyspo and Toppo have more potential as well. If Dyspo did some serious training, he would be more of a threat especially with his Godspeed. Also Toppo being the candidate to be a god of destruction shows that he can grow more as well. But Jiren will always be number one over all of them.

Okay real talk man, have you forgotten he did better against Buu than Gohan? All Gohan did was being hit 3 times and was KO, SK actually took a few hits, managed to stagger Buu and still managed to save Gohan and despite being injured to hell, bleeding all over still managed to go look for a KO Gohan in the next manga issue. The guidebooks state him as being equivalent to Cell Saga Goku, and from how he did against Buu and Piccolo's reaction to him, I'd say that yeah, that's probably right. So you call him a fraud, I call him being a strong character that came a saga too late, in the Cell Saga he's be on the top of the food chain, in the Buu saga he's mid it happens, like same thing if you inserted Cell in the Buu saga which they didn't but they had a replacement, Dabura who is stated to be around the same level and more or less the same against Buu.
