1958 Oldsmobile Ninety. Eight was better looking than a Cadillac.

To me, the 1959 Cadillac was style wise the first car of the 60s and the 1970 was the last car of the 60s since it was just a face-lift of the 1969 model. This series 62 coupe is in outstanding original condition and is beautiful in all it's big fin glory. My first Cadillac was a 1959 Coupe deVille in 1966 and viewing this video from the driver's perspective is a trip down memory lane.

Is this car still available?

I'm trading in my Chevy for this car. If I can't drive with q broken back, at least I can polish the fenders...

Dad bought a new '59 Eldorado from Dixon Cadillac in Hollywood. Kids would unscrew the bullet tail light lenses and bail with 'em. No idea how many replacements he bought but it was more than a couple. Nice car. GLWS

A gorgeous car! Looks bone stock however. I don't think I've ever seen a '59 Cadillac without power windows, etc.

Looks like you’re running on empty. You need more fuel in the tank so the fuel pump doesn’t burn out. The fuel cools the pump. However I can’t recall if these have a mechanical pump on the engine or in the tank 😮

Too nice to drive.

We had that model in black with a black cloth and white vinyl interior. $4500 new. I learned to drive backing it out of the garage past a gate and fireplace. I passed my driving test in it in 67, including parallel parking. We had a VW Beetle put I decided to take the test in the Caddy because it was earlier for me to park.

This car is incredibly decorated with chrome and stylish line’s, so much thought went into producing this car! A creation in time.

A lot of the trim on the body is stainless steel. It’s not gonna pit. It’s not gonna rust.

You have to tow a tanker with you to keep that puppy fueled up.

When these came out, I was so excited... and I've never stopped being excited by this design. Instant classic. Nevertheless, the panel fit was no patch on what Lexus was doing in the same year. Pretty appalling!

Brings back memories. I had a white 1985. The tail lights on it are the best.

I took an late 80's IROC Z28 out for a test drive back in the day. The color was "arrest me red" so gorgeous! Under the hood...it wasn't the normal stock V8. The dealer told me it was a one of the big block vette engines. I DOUBTED this until I drove it and I opened it up and it took the hell off! I was twenty and so I needed a co-signer for the loan and my Dad took one look at it and said "I don't think so"! I begged him but he was like...Yeah...no I don't think so!

I remember these cars or models however you want to say, this was GM not at its best in my opinion they were junk! 1st of all they were grossly underpowered, the paint peeled off the exhaust would somehow rust away the interior the seats would tear and splite. They couldn't take a parking lot bump bumper crack in my opinion it's not a collectible they should have been crushed.

Oh.... I love it. I bought a brand new 1988 Camaro when I was young and I miss it terribly. WOW.. this is indeed nice.
