Stream habitat restoration project on Pine and Elk Creeks in Centre County, Pennsylvania. The restoration was funded by NRCS with the landowner, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Stream Consultant Dave McMullen, Habitat Forever, the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, Juniata College, and Penn State's Center for Watershed Stewardship providing design, technical assistance and labor.
