That the collective doesnt give you an extra life over tarkintown is really bummer as it clearly inferior to tarkintown und cost you Game 2. That basenis unplayable if you ask me

With so many Droids (and ISB agents) it is criminal not to play some early exploits like Asajj unit or Infiltrating Demolisher :)

Just went 2-1 with Asajj Tarkintown, losing in the finals to Jango Tarkintown, I was 2-3 damage ahead of the race until I wiffed off of a Triple Dark RAID and he didn’t 😂

Game 2, fleet liu didn't do it. He'd have taken 5 and still had 1. Asajj hits 6 on the crack back and kills

great stuff but first game you get FAC'd and you reveal wrecker and just go on to discard him, which totally wins the game for you with ecl. i know it didn't matter after the second saber but come on man

100% Asajj is my favorite leader from set 3. Tarkintown has worked best for myself.

Yeah I was the Lando guy again, tweaked the deck to try and have a bit more mid range stopping power rather than all swarm all the time. Still struggling against healing decks. Cards I like for the deck from set 3 are Unmasking the Conspiracy (as I don’t care about my hand and I like removing their turn 1 play and playing a 1 drop at the same time), Soldier of the 501st (a better Cantina Braggart) and Jesse - a funny counter to Now There Are Two of Them if you have the initiative and if not just a solid swing to base

Good stuff as always! The Asajj deck is very good. Certainly tarkintown I think is really the play with it. Maybe daring raid since it also costs 1. With bib just two damage for free?

Love the Bo3 content! Assaj looks sick, maybe the 4/5 Saboteur for 4 deserves a spot? Seems very easy to play it for 2.

Pretty surprised to see no Infiltrating Demolisher. Seems like it would fit pretty cleanly into the curve and you're already playing Droid Deployment and ISB agent which like being exploited.

Playing control is a lot of fun if you have the skill to understand how the whole game is played...if you only know how to race then I can understand why it'd seem boring :p

So something I see on this channel is the priority of attacking a base. This, especially in this set, isn't always the correct move. You could have crippled the Sabine deck if you took out units, the last game when you had droids that you can throw at their units even moreso. Preventing damage by killing units is sometimes better than doing damage, especially vs Sabine.

You guys make the best SWU content on TH-cam. Lots of other channels overhype things and I love that you guys don’t. It makes me feel like if you say something is good there is something there. Have you considered getting TH-cam memberships or Patreon or something?

As someone else mentioned a more defensive anakin would be better. Luke is a natural bad enemy for it getting shields and overpowered lukes lightsaber on luke is just a free kill. Not much to be able to do in that match but for sabine if you lose the die roll then being able to have a defensive build that can still trade up a bit and play the long game could do better

That Anakin Sabine game is completely different if Anakin has the initiative. He can Jedi lightsaber kuil and kill Sabine unit for free. Then he can crush FFF and restore the damage Sabine did. Oh and the perilous position can just be saved for Sabine Leader or one of the Space units. Would really like to see some bo3 content because it's really pointless to watch a single game of Sabine crush something, ala Gauntlet. Over and over and over. We all know what Sabine does at this point. She's not dominant in competitive play BECAUSE of sideboards. Best of 1 it would be Sabine mirrors all day.

we play a multiplayer format at my store that i called "Twin JarJar" Its Twin suns, but there is an Extra token you can claim called the "Me'sa" token. Whoever claims the token gets an exhausted JarJar Unit that has the additional text of "This unit must attack each phase, and cannot be defeated by damage or by card effects or abilities" meaning its immortal and goaded essentially. it means from turn 2 onwards there is a jarjar running about the battlefield causing shinanigans which is hilarious, it also means there is always 4 tokens for everyone to claim meaning someone doesnt get left out every turn =)

When i saw the list for Anakin Blue from sgc i was baffled. That combination is cracked imho. But that list butchered anakins potential like Obi Wan on the high ground. Its good to see the flaws like daring raid and jedi light saber instead of inteceptors and open fire. Bravado is cute and must feel good when you get it off, but there is no consistent plan to get there. To be fair, the list runs 12 2 resource plays and Justin ended up with a clunky hand in the sabine matchup, as the deck also still plays 12 restore cards in that version. Game looks different if sabine took out kuiil and yoda got deployed and next turn you can force thow yourself discard kanan kill the fighters and having an open fire in a different version of the deck. I highly recommend to go more of an defensive approach and not to try to be an "aggro" red blue deck. I am also really missing regional governor. That card is, and yes i say it, *broken* in this deck concept. you ban the best card until res 5 without the down side that you don't the ground arena, because you do thanks to anakin leader ability. Run Aethersprite main deck. Go 2 interceptors and two defenders, cut stuff like slow saber, run more removal. Position is fine, but let it be in the side board when you need it to hunt oposing defenders and phantoms. Don't dismiss dragon and tech and this list will be answered by control without the hard locks and pressure of red/blue hero lategame we know from han blue or rey red. Loving the content as usually. Keep it up guys. You're cracked too!

I played the new Palp with Blue as a control deck/midrange deck at locals and got 3rd of 16 players. I beat Sabine as well and i had played only 2 games before hand to get used to it. In this shell i found Palp draws ALOT of cards, especially with Kuil. Great content as always, i hope you are doing well!

I like you mentioned rey was better as a no one i liked it way better but so many fans apparently were pissed about that when last jedi came out and that may have changed her. Also kylo shouldve been the final villian
