hey, everyone! i know it’s been so long since i last released something and i’m really sorry for that. there’s a lot that’s been going on in my life and i’ve also been really busy with uni, but i’m trying to be more productive! anyways, i decided to release the demo of the song i wrote a while back when i was at a really low point in my life. it captures raw emotion, and there’s honestly no proper mixing or recording to this one. i wanted to be as authentic as possible. originally, i wanted to release this demo as part of a future album, but i haven’t released anything in so long and things haven’t been easy for me lately so i decided to impulsively release it now. life’s been very difficult lately. i know that other people can relate as well. this year hasn’t been the best so far and i wanted to release something that would really encapsulate the raw feeling of being drained and tired from everything going on. this song means a lot to me, and it’s probably the most vulnerable i’ve been in terms of music i’ve released. mental health awareness is super important to me, which is also part of the reason i released this. always check up on your friends to see how they’re doing, and remember that it’s okay to feel sad, tired, stressed, and drained with whatever is going on in your life. we’re simply just human beings. your feelings are valid and they always will be. i hope this one resonates well with y’all and i do hope it somehow brings comfort on days when everything just feels like it’s falling apart-or maybe it can be a song you cry to because that’s okay too. a full and complete version is in the works. for now, give the demo a listen. love y’all sm. xx
