What an awesome build Chris unfortunately I don’t have the talent you got I purchased a used gob one 700 with the scorpion motor but I am not familiar with anything. It did not come with a radio but the guy gave me a brand new spectrum 8E radioand I have no idea how to put all this together. Do you know anyone in Southwest Florida Fort Myers area that can finish this bill for me thank you Chris I tried to follow along with your videos, but electronics are not my greatest point.

Please advise me on how to setup Ikon 2 nitro bailout and Governor on a Raw 700 OS105 spektrum sensor. I’ve only flew heli twice without Governor, bailout worked perfectly. Curves 60 75 90. Plenty of headspeed. Setup governor curves 49 74 85 it has Slow throttle SERVO movement on second two flight modes which I've enabled Governor. So now my bailout have slow recovery back to full speed. Had my first flight with my spektrum dx9 raw 700 OS105 nitro ikon Governor switched on. Couldn't get out of a hover due to serious throttle pulsing. Flicked back into bank/setup 1, Governor pulsing went away. Switched Governor off on all 3 banks. No pulsing and bailout works perfectly again. Also still have no idea how to setup bailout on ikon with Governor. 49 curve is VERY slow speed , sluggish. Tried the advanced Governor menu, selected bailout tab and the ramp up timing etc, Also changed Ikon 2 unit thinking it may have been a malfunction in the unit, no change. I run ikon on 6 of my 10 goblins (Other 4 are BEAST X) and 4 ikons for my other helis (others are Beast x). All electric. Never used ikon Governor due to using 6 tribunus's on my Goblins (others are castle) and mostly Align on my others. Never anything wrong with any esc Governors. I'm thinking I've done something wrong or missed something. I run Highend servos, esc's and motors on ALL Goblins, so it has to be software related on the 700 Nitro. I've bought over 9 ikon 2 recently off helidirect to change from beast x to ikon 2. Ikon is are great fbl, just can't figure out the Nitro Governor and bailout.

Thanks for the video, I’ve got everything work, but for some reason, the current/amps only reports 0? This is even under prop load. Amps/current is ticketed in the telemetry, and it also appears to not show when down loading the logs too, any ideas? Phoenix Edge 80HV

You did not show how to install and put CA on the bearing and the torque tube And how to insert it in the boom. That's very important because it's the one who drives the tail.

I have a Brain 2 BT fbl but it doesn't have that port for the governor. I thought they were exactly the same things but with different names.

great video. Im running the 160 and cgy750 as well. how did you run the Sbus wire? I have my Sbus wire from my 750 going into my R7008SB Rx Sbus slot. So how would I wire the telemetry when its being used to link my rx? thanks

Hello I been trying to reach out to a few people on TH-cam . No one Been able to give a hand ,hope you can help me a little bit, I have a synergy N5c I never owned a flybarless heli before ,but I have a old trex 600 nitro I did try to flying it but at take off the heli starting to spin and a cracked land no bad just the skid and tail broke This is the question the trex main rotor spin clock wise so is the synergy but the tail rotor on the trex spin on a different direction .... It really matters the way the rotor turn regarding the way the tail blade should turn ?. I mean the tail blades on the trex turn opposite of the nose ( if the nose looking the heli from the back goes left the blades goes right ) now on the synergy the blades was moving the same direction of the nose is that right or wrong?. I’m confused because the rotor spins on a different direction can you please help me I will appreciate any input thanks..

I have a castle 90 esc on my goblin 500 sport. with a v-bar neo and a scorpion motor. The trouble that I`m having is on my v-bar touch radio I have no throttle control. When. I go to run it go's to full throttle the stick has no control. On the vstabi site it shows the setup for the castle setup. The only thing that I did not change is the external governor. When I clicked on it to change it came up that it could burn up the esc and the motor. I did not know what to do. Can you help me with that setting. Do I change it to the setting it said.

Question? I have the 16sz and I order the castle telemetry sensor and I did the mode change on the receiver to mode 2 like you showed here I plug the wire from the sbus2 from the receiver to my Ikon unit and I am using an old Ikon unit not the newest so when I get the castle sensor where do I plug the white red and black cable on channel 8 sbus? I don’t run bec I use an 2s battery to power my receiver servos fbl etc completely separate is my prefer method. Thank you in advance.

First time to use an iKon2. My esc is a Talon 90. I understood to ignore all governor settings in the iKon, if using Talon governor. (Thats what I want) Here's what I'm dealing with. When calibrating the Talon, my endpoints are at 30% to start the procedure. At high stick, I get no tones after maxing out the endpoint. What am I missing? Also, I'm seeing blinking light on the iKon. This is a pre owned unit. If there a option to reset to factory default, I didn't see it. In closing, you produce fine videos. Thank you.

Chris, only if you know at the top of your head, Would the older and more economical OS 50 SX Hyper Heli Ring engine fit in this heli? I'm just interested in sport flying and that engine is reliable and would save me a couple hundred dollars. Thanks!

Excellent set up a video for the castle ESC. The only important detail that I found that it lacked was including and performing throttle throws for the ESC so that the Castle knows your transmitters high and low throttle points. Let me know if you agree or disagree

under the castle TLO RPM sensor , i entered the motor magnetic pole and gear ratio but the castle creation telemetry is not convertion the motors RPM to head speed. it's displaying the motor rpm. can you help.i am using the futaba 18sz & R7003sb
