I’m not sure as I only know how to do RK68 hot swappable version as I emailed RK to find out this method, I would say your best bet is emailing RK customer support and ask them about your board specifically

Sorry for the late reply I didn’t see this comment until someone else commented triggering a notification on my phone and I saw I hadn’t replied to yours aswell, Anyway you need to remove the screws under the keys I show in the video, then proceed from there with the video I show how to factory reset as the video continues, if you still need help drop your discord username below and I will add you and can help you through it.

You may have to find a more up to date software download as the download in my description was based on the current revision of my keyboard as I no longer have the keyboard I wouldn’t be able to tell what revision it was

I think you may have accidentally put your keyboard in Mac mode

The changing of the colours won’t work as the blue version doesn’t support it

What did you download because nobody else has commented this also running this file through virus total will give you all the information you need on the file, if you’re really concerned open the file in a VM

This will only work for peoples keyboard who have had the firmware update from the factory probably pre 2022 boards I would imagine

I found the solution. The problem is that the rk68 RGB is actually called RK g68, the link to the driver is here: en.rkgaming.com/download/1/, make sure you select RK g68 instead of rk68 and download the rgb version. Hope this helps :)

yeah you can just go from the front but it can be a bit hard and on my channel is another video with a link to the software in the description hope this helps :)

I tried to do the reset. I did it exactly like you did. Using the metal tweezer like you did. However, nothing happened. The red charging light just kept blinking and that's it. It did not reset at all. 😔 I think there's something wrong with my keyboard. When I connect it to the computer during the hard reset, there's a sound like a USB being plugged in but nothing else happens. Then when I reconnect after the reset, no sounds and nothing happens. No rgb lights at all.

Finally got the keyboard to reset and working again. I was missing the hfd isp tool application. My seller just gave me the device management software. I had to scour the internet to find the needed application. Thank you for your video and your replies. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
