Lol. All the available/FDA approved discs in US are crap. There is no data about LP-ESP discs here in the US to back up his claims as there is no experienced/competent surgeons in US who has worked with LP-ESP implants. He sounds like a salesman that don’t have the product you want and tries to push a lower quality product.

I had a mojor stroke 11years ago &I lost my left side I can get around with a foot cast and a walking stick my brain has come on really well I am trying to find out how much it would cost me in thiland to have this treatment 🙏

if it's one or two levels fused it might not a big deal. if it's majority of your spine be very careful. there are solutions like (after trying physio) fibrin injections like discseel for bad discs or VBT, apifix or Clear physiotherapy for scoliosis. Never get fusion as a first resort, they can cause complications much later down the line (10+ years) like ASD/ disc dehydration which are not naturally reversible.

Just diagnosed with Bertolotti's Syndrome after 20 years. I also have osteoarthritis, scoliosis, DDD, Facet Joint Disease and stenosis.

I don't understand why it would be so hard to diagnose. Wouldn't it be very obvious from a simple lumbar X-ray that the L5 is abnormal?

I had three doctors tell me that the pain can't be caused by my LSTV. It is literally the only anomaly found during all of the tests to figure out what's causing the pain. Even the spine surgeon said it's not the cause of my pain. I am at the end of my rope.

Just know heat always heals faster because it promotes bloodflow to the heated area and ice slows the bloodflow to that area

It is completely overlooked in our NHS & Gaslighting from consultants doesn't help with mental health either & these experts should know that. My related symptoms & more importantly the lack of function due to bertolotti syndrome hit the roof after a fall trauma to my sacrum 10 yrs ago. I repeadedly went back & forth misdiagnosed & told there is nothing that shows why i have these symptoms. I also have a chiari malformation type 1 so another congenital anomaly can't hurt right😂 I managed to get images taken last year after dissmissive treatment for May years but was not told of latest findings when they were received, which was the last straw. I have Bertolotti syndrome coupled with cervical lordosis & a recently discovered annular tear on l4 ALL Of which can definitely cause the upper & lower functional & chronic pain issues & now i have many spurs & disc degeneration up and down the spine. Difficulties bending, tying shoelaces, wiping bum and sitting or walking too much. They took a scan of my hips & pelvis 5 yrs ago. Bertolotti syndrome can be seen on it. Its maddening.

This was the Most painful thing I experienced through my entire process of multiple surgeries but it helped locate the exact areas that needed to be addressed during surgery. Please use a different table to have your patients lay on during this test, it's about the size and shape of an ironing board and even the technicians believe it needs to be replaced with something more comfortable for the patients

I've had 4 disc fused L2-L5 on 11/21/2017. I was on the internet and discovered disc replacement was preformed on a man who use to motorcross before the surgery and 5 months later he was able to ride his motorcycle again. I loved playing a game called Wallyball and raquetball every other day so I have wondering if the fusion can be cut out and install flexible disc . Can you help me?

45, forced into years of meds and steroid injections, and spinal cord stimulator over nearly 2 decades.Tried Viadisc and failed, Approx 20 top surgeons in America said "Live with it" disability! 2 level Lp-Esp, and returned for 1 level Cp-Esp in Germany 🇩🇪 2023, ZERO REGRETS! I had no choice, the FDA and insurance issues in the US are disgraceful! They wasted millions on treatments that could have been solved for 40k. It's sad! I owe my entire life to ESP and would have given everything I have to have known this earlier. I am in my upper 40's and I am very confident the ESP will support me until the end! ✌️

I can’t thank you enough for this. I’ve had one at L5 for years. Medrol Pak and 5 days of pain meds 2-3 times per year. What really helped me feel better was your description of the pain. It’s like a lightning bolt and I’m instantly debilitated. FYI. All orthos I’ve ever seen demand to see me before prescribing. The problem is: I CANNOT move for a day and cannot drive for 3-4.
