Just discovered your channel. Really enjoying the glass. At 2:06, that case of "Murano" glass was almost entirely Chinese glass, the platter on the bottom was Polish and some Italian but not Murano.

About 3 years ago I went to watch a glass blower do his thing and bought one of his pieces while in an art district in San Diego. My son in law drove me there and had never seen this. He got bitten by the glass bug and has been a big collector ever since. Never know what will start the collecting. I just subscribed.....really enjoying your treasure hunts ! 😊❤

It's going for a whopping $170.000 on Ebay. It's a rare vintage Beatles poster from the 70s.

@Well Swung - your nude painting used to reside in the Way Out Club here in South City St. Louis. I loved that place (dive bar with oodles of kitsch). I even had my wedding reception there surrounded by the kitsch. Can you make out the name of the artist?

Did you see anything made by Victor Trabuco? He is local and famous. I've know him since the 1960 and have one of his original pieces from when he was a teenager beginning his career. He mostly makes paperweights now.

I lived near there for over 50 years.

Victor Trabuco is a famous art glass creator originally from Buffalo. I think he lives in Clarence now. He started when we were in high school. I have one of his first pieces. He now mostly makes paperweights. Both his sons also make glass. He is 75 yo now an does some teaching at the Corning Glass Co. In Corning NY.

I .ived in Amherst NY most of my life. Went to Clarence every weekend for shopping antiques. There's a great outdoor flea market there also.
