Go Sudsy, GO! 😁😁
A young Sudsy with his NY accent
Would love to see the draws from this event
JESUS CHRIST IS COMING BACK PEOPLE REPENT OF YOUR SINS AND ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR TODAY NOT TOMORROW PEOPLE WHICH IS PROMISED TO NOONE.
JESUS CHRIST IS COMING BACK PEOPLE REPENT OF YOUR SINS AND ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR TODAY NOT TOMORROW PEOPLE WHICH IS PROMISED TO NOONE AT ALL PEOPLE
Kane is just giggling
Two of my favorites!
Second match is Dan Obremski vs Scott Rieff or Tim Hanson
@johnnygiblets the 2nd match Obremski vs. ? looks like Ed Andrews
Heh, Dave Woloshin, used to call Memphis Tigers basketball games, the Renaissance Man. Racquetball was big in Memphis much like "pro Wrestling." My dad took me to play at the biggest club there then. He was really into it. God rest his soul.
those shorts, goggles, and high socks are legit. if u wore that today u would win numerous points just by distraction.
Terrific opening rally - think I counted 5 great gets by Sweeny!! Also, love the old school eye-wear, will have to find me a pair. Thx 4 posting but why did u cut it off at 9-10 score?! LOL
thats egan vs hawkes and then Andy roberts vs dave johnson.
The commentators obviously don't play very much they don't even know what's going on
Taber Quigley Mike Ray was a Top pro. The other guy Leaf Elsmo was just some lacrosse announcer they picked up. He sucked.
Hey Cliff - can you pull your shorts up a little higher?
I'm just beginning to learn racquetball, and watching the pro's is amazing.
Swain should wear tighter shorts.
Damn...I need to step it up!
I prefer squash.
this video is beat
@rballisfun It is Bryan Hawkes and Egan Inoue

that's definately brian hawkes play egan.
racquetball isnt just a power sport. almost every shot these guys take have strategy behind them
@Fernandez218 im not a huge tennis fan but ill watch it once in a while, ping pongs a blast and they very rarely show it, i have never seen racquetball on espn, its a real shame because its about the most exciting racquet sport there is
@Fernandez218 just gotta watch during the opens or wimbledon, its usually on one channel or the other. Dont forget all the coverage of tiger woods they have on there. As far as diversity in sports go, theyre missing out big time, and since when is poker a sport, is keeping your face muscles straight a real calorie burner?
@grayguru lots of accuracy involved forsure!
@Fernandez218 Then you haven't watched must EPSN, cause I see it on there alot.
@mrbobevans I'm just saying this be be more popular than it already is.
@SportSquash Let's be honest. Tennis kicks squash and racquetball's ass. There are 10 times more tennis players than squash and racquetball combined. The world knows who Agassi, Nadal, Sampras and Federer are. Does anyone know who Power, Shabana, Nicol and the Khans are (Squash), nor does anyone know who Hogan, Swain, Walenchuk and Monchik are (racquetball). Get over it, tennis players make millions while squash and racquetball players are luck to buy a deli (props Suds).
@vgmaster9 Racquetball more coverage than tennis. Now that is really a good laugh, considering than there are 10 times more tennis players than racquetball players.
Swain should have chosen tennis over racquetball.
just not as entertaining as squash
"That's like a cool call to make. Cool..cuz it's doesn't look perfect." Huh?? Lol.
@DOWNundah123 It is lame, if you have horrible hand-eye coordination. Maybe you should stick to games like football-watching and elbow-raising.
Racquetball should have as much TV coverage as Tennis. This should be seen on ESPN.
These guys are FUCKING tough! I mean my mom is good but these guys!!!!!!!!!!
THANKS! ill be hitting the court tomorrow and will try the machine gun drill.
watch?v=dMprOXNAvKM a good drill for working on your diving without actually doing it.
This video reeks of the '90s. And Cliff's drive serve is nuts.
wtf...so who wins?
i was too until i realized that it only hurts a bit after but never immediately following...especially after you actually make your shot :) if you dive and hit your hip or hand but make it...you are back on your feet and too caught up to worry about the pain....unfortunately though, right now i have a 5" bruise on my right hip from landing wrong...and didnt get my shot either...bummer.
"shaves his legs like a woman" ~laughs~ I have to agree...im all busted from trying to "get the ball" elbow has scab, right hip bruised, knuckle has a nice rose and a hole in a new glove. I agree that in the heat of the moment....ill put my body 2nd to the shot. I wish i could only hit a bit harder..these pro's make it look easy.
it's a completely different game..
Probably for the same reason they have tennis and ping pong.
I am afraid of diving :(
WAHT. Guys, I want to be as awesome as them.
These announcers suck the big one. I've never heard such horrible announcers--they got nearly EVERY shot and call wrong.
They don't. It's like volleyball that way.
Like others have said, the racquets have evolved big time. My guess is that these guys were using at least 225 gram vs. what I'm currently using at 150 gram with more power, precision and overall strength than what was available during the early 90s. Swain and Sweeney are legends to say the least. Croakies and short shorts anyone? lol
