We crave starch when we have low iron but u research arrow root and it actually has IRON IN IT! ISN'T THAT SOMETHING. arrow root has Alot of health benefits. People don't know that. They crave starch but are eating corn starch when in actually Arrow root is the starch with actual iron. Tapioca is another one. Natural root starches are healthy

How many paper bags did you use?

I know alot of people crave starch who have low iron and they eat CORN STARCHES. Corn starch has no benefits to help iron levels. But what I researched showed me that arrow Root has iron in it. I was like wow I love Arrow root so I also seen it has many benefits and been used for medicine purposes. So people who crave starch should try more root starches.
