Nice trick. But there is no such thing as gravity. The pizza is more dense than the air around it, that is why it fell off the peel. There is no magical unmeasurable force just waiting for you to turn the pizza over to pull it down. Come on man.

I notice you use a wood peel as well. Do you prefer recommend a wood peel for loading the pizza into the oven oven a metal peel?

i would love to know step by step how you make that dough... its perfection !
You can use 1kg pizza flour,0.5littres of water, 20 grams of salt, 0.1 grams of melted yeast, 20 grams olive oil,,, mixed nicely and keep covered for 2hours,make round balls like 240 grams and put in the chiller for 48hours then its ready to go... take care n Jesus loves you🎉❤

good tips. I put the dough on parchment paper, then add toppings. Easy to slide onto the stone or whatever Remove the paper 10 minutes into the cook.
Non stick foil works great too

You had me as soon as I saw the fire in the oven. That little bit of crunch when you cut it was the icing on the cake. I might have waved it through the oven one more time with the meat, cheese, peppers and olives on it to release some more flavor then threw on the greens. But either way, I bet it was delicious.
