I think Bloat should only ever be a 2 down in 4s and above but agree with the core principle of just focus on clears as opposed to setting wr pace.. totally agree with your nylo point, everyone switches so early! I do exactly what you do, change prayers roughly when I think it's going to spawn and keep attacking my style until I see it so nice point there! Xarpus is a joke haha the only room where it's easier! Green-ball just bounce once and tank like normal TOB makes it so chill compared to trying to bounce a million times! 100% correct on crabs being difficult for newbies. I'm new to tob and i'm comfortable with everything except popping nylos on verzik. For some reason I just cant get the distance/timing down. Sometimes i start running too early and they dont pop. Other times I wait and end up tanking a 24 or something.

Yellows is another one for learner teams. If you don’t stay in your sote corner you’re killing a teammate guaranteed. I like 5s HMT, and 5s nylo is the hardest room in the entire game with newer/inexperienced teammates. HMT bloat is the most fun room, bloat deaths are always the funniest

2nd webs is huge for hmt, i would say its the single most important thing. Dragging her far SE/SW ensures that your entire team can make it to the web tile on time.

Normal tob felt so boring after i started the hmt grind, absolutely loved it. Took maybe 100kc to find some players to pot consistently with, but man was it a blast getting all my kits and dust. Highly recommend learning it, just make sure you tryhard if posting in wdr, doesnt take long to get perma ignored by good teams if youre a burden.

Yesterday I grinded out to 70 runecrafting and accomplished 2 things; 1. Got all my stats to base 70. 2. Total level of 1750. Was I efficient? No. Am I good? Well probably not. Havent done bossing yet. The goal for now is questcape. After that - Ill find ways to make mad money with bosses. At some point ill be good enough to get an infernal cape, and the quiver. Right now thats beyond my capability when I took 3 attempts to get the firecape.

alot of people dont have thousands of hours to sink into this game just to learn how to get a single cape and they dont affect the economy in any way so i dont really care if they do or dont buy it

Reasons why I bought my cape: I am a dad, working 40 hours aweek and I could never have the time to dedicate into learning a cape.. But having to pay around $100 for my cape and quiver, was the most time efficient decision by far.. I just couldnt justify spending maybe 100+ hours at Inferno, while I could be with my kid or working.. I know I didnt earn the cape and quiver, but honestly I dont really care, end of the day it's pixels and it made my raids/bossing a tad faster.

I just dont believe this 60-90% of capes are bought claim, I think it’s just cape sellers trying to normalize so people are more likely to buy it. I personally don’t know a single person who has done it, and unless there are just an insane amount of pkers who are buying 24/7, I can’t see that estimate being real

Why do i care if people buy their inferno capes? Why dont i just play single player osrs on a private server? Because the community is what makes our accomplishments mean something, but when they can just be bought then they no longer mean anything. Infernal cape should be a sign of skill and dedication to the game, but all it means is that your mom isnt broke cuz u stole money out of her purse.

I've been grinding inferno for like 3 weeks now. 26 attempts, made it to zuk 6 times, gotten past healers twice. Im not a good player. Never killed olm, never done tob, but I can do the inferno. It's taking a serious toll on me, but I am pushed forward knowing what it'll feel like to get that cape. If you buy yours, fine, I get it. But that brings into question you even playing the game. Something too expensive and going to take months to get the GP for? Why not just buy gold? Blood torva too hard to do? Eh ill just pay for a service. At that point, you're not really playing the game. You're paying real life money to flex on noobs at the GE. If thats what you wanna do then thats your choice. Just doesnt sound very fun. Completing the challenges is.
