Fitting for Saturation Binding
มุมมอง 5854 ปีที่แล้ว
In TR-FRET studies, saturation binding is the first step to measure protein and tracer binding affinity. It is highly recommended to measure both total and non-specific binding (without the receptor protein). This video explains how to use GraphPad Prism to analyze the saturation binding data.

Hello, I'm a new user on GraphPad Prism and I don't know how to use it. Your video is great and simple. I have one question. Dou you know if I can use GraphPad for Langmuir Model Isotherm? I've seen lot of people use Origin and some others, but I need to use this (GraphPad). I appreciate a lot your time.
I wish that I could hear you. OMG

Hello, thank you for this video. I had one question: in the case of doing a semi log XY graph of log10 ligand concentration on the X axis and specific binding on the Y axis, how can I interpret the data on the graph by finding the Bmax value by seeing where the max X value intercepts on the Y axis, and from this calculating the Kd constant through looking at the 50% occupancy value?? Thank you!
I am not sure whether semi log is the right way to plot the data. It is unlike the Hill equation to calculate EC50.
