"All the honor for you. :) Those deadlifts were deficit ones like hell. Deficit lift = bigger Range Of Motion The loading of the weights looks so much cuter too. Loaded weights look so much cuter too. You are finally someone with a similar weight lifted, at least for now. :):) My one rep max could be around 120 -125 lbs Though I have plates only for 100 lbs When helping people from the ground even more.
