everyone in the comments asking how to open from the otherside, ill try my best to make a quick tutorial for you First you want to finish making the 2X1 piston door then go back to your lever and destroy the block under it going away from the door place a trail of redstone thats heading towards the back of the door (should look like an L from above) then simply place a button at the end of your redstone and voila if you cannot get out by time the signal ends replace a straight part of redstone with 1-2 repeaters on the slowest setting

To make for bedrock, at this moment, 0:23 instead of that iron block that he places before moving to place another behind put redstone. Now its for bedrock

i’m using buttons on both sides and i want to make it so the pistons stay open for longer to make getting in or out easier. does anyone know how i can make the pistons stay still longer?
