You can't speculate when you throw a punch. You have to have conviction and belief that you'll hit the target, otherwise you'll fall short and leave yourself exposed.

Leading by example. Get skilled, be generous, stay active! 🙌
much love great coach
Great work Frank. Awsom watching you teach and work on the bag. Love your accent. My regards to Scotland. Love to visit there someday. Cheers! God bless my man. ✌🏻😊
You make it look too easy, Frank. 💛🏴
I’d like to see him versus Mayweather Sr. That would be awesome!
How to skip like a boxer though ?
Inspirational ✨✨✨
That is incredible. I wish I was that nimble, quick and graceful. Unfortunately, at 6”4 and 20st I feel more like a hippo trying to skip.
you know how hard it is to hop on one leg? such a talent.
Hi, can you show to pivot to the right and to the left with good technique. Thanks in advance.
Mein tiefsten Respekt für sollche Menschen
If your looking to prolong your life with ultimate vitality, frank is most definitely a perfect example 🔐
excellent video. Thanks again. I notice that you throw it without loading up. I think i telepgraph mine too much because i load up on my left left. I will try it this way.
Brilliant.Great sentiments.
Keep them coming Frank you remind me of my first trainer Don. His full name was Donald Braithwaite don't know if you ever met him old school pro. Was a great amateur trainer.
Before i found Nathan Cleverlys gym for some training. A neighbour of mine, took me to the gym in caerphilly and introduced me to Don. i got a few looks as i wasn't from the area and Don told me that i was always welcome there. Great guy !
@@liamprice6084 Was that in the old abandoned church?, proper old school gym.
Would love Frank to do a video on footwork drills you can do to improve footwork
What a truly inspiring person, thank you Frank
Лютый дед.
I noticed that I hit my speed bag faster and harder when I skip rope first. Don't know why that is.
What an inspiring video it actually made me emotional that. Teddy Atlas the legend thank you for that. And Frank you inspire me daily. We are starting a fight club in January and we are going to play this video in the class. 👊🏼🇬🇧❤️
@tbrtbr2865 Many thanks and good luck with the new club,
Dyou train everyday and for how long
@string15276 I do three sessions a week of around an hour each time.
@@FranksNobleArt Thanks
3 sessions per week, an hour long each. Oh, and he’s done this for the past 50-some odd years. That’s a lot of punches. Good video. He has smooth fluid gracefulness the entire time.
You're an inspiration to this 68 year old man
Respect, grand pere!!!
Cool 😎. Thanks.
Love your videos Frank - hope to be still going strong at 68, never mind 78! Respect! Skipping is a great exercise, dynamic too - 3 minute rounds skipping - speed up and slow down to match the pace of a fight. Add in double unders etc.. and finish with a 30 second sprint. Great stuff!
The man has amazeing disapline at that age
He Is a locomotive🥊
I used to skip 30 minutes the second I walked into the Dojo and then I’d jump right into Sparring. Skipping sets a Good rhythm and settles the Mind into a 1-2 track.
I think sometimes Boxing and other Various Fighting Stlye Coaches forget too mention in a Street Situation/ Self Defence that You must forget about scoring Points and focus on KO. A short Hook like he’s throwing? I’ve landed that on guys Chins and 9/10 times they gontoo Sleep. It’s profoundly different how a bare hand Contacts compared to Boxing Gloves . On the Button is the Fcus in a Self Defence situation. Ribs break much easier than you would think too. The Gloves prevent a ton of Damage. Rest assured with this guys instruction and practice you are very Capable of protecting Yourself if needed.
Unreal 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Awesome
This guy is medicine for me. Hope to meet him one day.
He is strong at 78.
He'd be strong at half his age as he is. 👍
Frank, speaking of amateurs what are your thoughts on Teofilo Stevenson?. Had he not been Cuban and absorbed in the whole ethos of the amateur sport, do you think he couldve been a challenger for the World heavyweight title? I now Mohammed Ali definitely rated and admired him.
@WHU63 I respected Stevenson not only for his achievements and his ability, but for not being lured by a mega offer to box Ali and put money at the heart of what he was doing. A truly great amateur, but we can never be sure how he would have done as a pro.
🔥🔥🔥
Brilliant
I’m 69 been hitting the bag for 40 years
PROOF that youre NOT old...
Outstanding!🔥🥊
Lovely Music - Is that you singing Frank?
@jonhumble7199 The singer is fellow Dundonian Jim Reid who died in 2009. Reid's song "The Wild Geese" (also known as "Norland Wind") is from his debut album, in which he put music to Violet Jacob's 1915 poem. Love that song in the old Scots language. Wish I could sing like Jim.
This ain’t boxing. He’s teaching these lad air be monsters
You move well for any age , great stuff 👍
But he Is a champ🥊
Happy belated 79th birthday Frank
@peterthe3rdbanks287 Thank you, Peter.
What an Amazing gift Frank has , being able to find that fitness that most average 21 year olds haven't even got,and I don't mean any disrespect to any 21 year old , but if most 21 year old males watched a Frank video they would definitely have a think about there fitness, and try and make more of an effort.☺️🙏👍
I love Frank's footwork. That's years of practice to make the generation of power look so effortless. Kudos to you Sir!
Frank Is a locomotive🥊
You move really good for your age, God bless you!!
Good on ya young fella 😅😅😅
