The only thing it's missing is smoke of any kind; otherwise, it's a great tank.

42:23 its debated whether or not the PLA upgraded the AZ autoloader to be able to fire faster. lots of people have brought this up but there is no unclassified documents that are also publicly available to back up this claim and so china is stuck with shitter reload speeds from like 10.0 and beyond

It's in a shitty BR for what it is. Imo as it is it should be moved to 9.0 as to not get into the 10.3 hellhole or it should be given apfsds and be moved up a bit Still it's missile is unreliable enough

Finally another video on this tank. Seeing the comments on the other video makes me so disappointed because this is such a good tank. The problem is that people play this like an MBT. I can bring this into 11.7-12.7 and it still performs way better than the PUMA.

Maybe because I played this after playing the 2S38, but I really enjoyed the Bagel. Loved the low profile, decent gun depression, mobility, and overall being a better platform/chassis than the 2S38. I did find it a bit lacking when pushing MBTs head on, even with with a small timing advantage, as the ATGM is not tandem and has iffy damage. However, this did not cause me as many problems, since I often play sneakily (like a rat) and by using terrain. Understandibly, BPA_Jon is a (much) better player with a more aggressive playstyle, stronger battle presense, and hence a higher need for the ability to push things head-on. Should be noted that I played it before the ATGM nerf. Also, damn, that thing's proxy packs a punch. I really belive the Bagel is a better AA, at least for the BR, than the 2S38.

Redditors like to seethe and screech about this thing being OP and what not, while there's BMP-3 sitting at 9.0 and is getting frequent full downtiers. Did the Pakistani T-80 grind with BMP-3, basically a no-brainer vehicle, especially if you can utilize the suspension and can lob HE shells.

When youre at the perfect position at the perfect time, the Begleitpanzer is OP as f*ck. But most of the time youre already dead. Still love this thing so much

Its not strong for anyone that is not a God at the game like Jon is. Horrible mobility, armour, ammo and missile. Should get its proper APFSDS and HOT missile and go up to 10.3.

I would love to see you play the Strf 9040C, I absolutely adore that thing, tho it does kinda suffer from the same issues as the begleit, albeit not as badly since you can frontally kill anything... T-80 is easy kill in turret ring, Abrams is super easy in turret ring, I believe you can lower plate T-80 too, and since youre 99% with germany on your team you dont need to deal with Leo 2a4's

Its only flaw is that 9.3 uptiers always, but thats kind of an issue with the 9.3 br and also the 10.3 russian lineup since both are so popular that you just always end up playing russia in a full uptier every match

I find it quite frustrating to play due to consistent no fail uptiers. Even side on the T80UD etc is very hard to deal with, ATGM is not reliable and slow and must be stoped to fire it.

maybe it is just me but when i play 9.3 i dont get uptiered alot its proably about 20-30% uptiers and the rest is 9.3 or lower

Idk, for me the amx-30(1972) and the bat chat 25t is much better. So far i have dropped 3 nukes with those but i have no succes in the 8.3

I love the Begleit only thing i dont like is that its alsmost as high as 2s38 (2s38 unbalanced) and that the amount of atgms you carry doesnt correspond to the amount thats modeled in the tank. if you choose 3 there will be 3 in the turret +1 loaded in the barrel. but ofc you cant use the last one.
