The serpent sting glyph makes your Chimera shot do more damage because its 40% of total damage, the extra ticks you gain increase what that 40% is. For me AOE damage is not a priority. Once you get to just 5k GS you are breezing thru all the 5 mans too easy, and then for ICC your single target DPS is a priority over multi-target.

nah. Diamond. This was done in the early days of OW2 when you would have a bronze and top500 on the same team. I had the top 100 something Ana on my team paired up with a brand new bronze Brig. It was really annoying.

Thank you for your input and adding to the conversation. Most movies have the same beat if its action/science fiction, beats are not protected by any kind of plagiarism or copyright. Starlog magazine never published a quote from cameron about that, it was only hearsay. Check the article its available online, I have read the entire article. The police are in all kinds of movies, thats superficial. Being evaluated by a psychologist is the core of the Soldier story and not for the Terminator, Many heros/characters have a purely savage upbringing. Orion only settled out of court to save the movie from bad press. The Demon with a Glass Hand is the Terminator story, not Soldier. The core story of terminator is just too different and the shared items are all superficial. It still amazing to me that Harlan didnt use Demon with a Glass Hand but rather Soldier to sue Orion pictures. I love Harlans work but the guy had a bad reputation for crying wolf on this kind of stuff. All those comparison videos feel like they are in the same league as "Back to the Future Predicted 9/11"

@@kirbstomp8041 You're confusing the hearsay that came from Tracy Tormé who was friends with both creators and reported something supposedly said by Cameron back to Ellison however that alone would not have been enough to implicate Cameron. Why did Gale Ann Hurd ask Starlog to remove that offending section? Unless you're implying that Starlog fabricated evidence to help out Harlan Ellison, which would be highly illegal and criminal, which beggars belief because no one is going to go to jail so that Harlan Ellison can get a credit and a small payday. I grant you that if Cameron had not said anything then Ellison's claims would have been materially harder to prove because Cameron can simply give plausible deniability. There have been copyright cases between different works with similar concepts/beats/plot but it turned out the creators came to them individually. However, Orion Pictures & Gale Ann Hurd all realized that Cameron screwed up. Orion Pictures gave Cameron the ultimatum: we'll fight this in court but if we lose then we sue you. Cameron relented. At no point has Cameron ever offered the defense others are now claiming (probably because it would be defamation to accuse Ellison / Starlog of fabricating evidence). The key aspect here is Cameron's admission. I will once again point you to the recent case of the Marvin Gaye Estate / Robin Thicke's case. Thicke didn't think it was a big deal to say he made "blurred lines' while listening to Gaye and being high on vicodin. The only thing Blurred Lines has in common with Gaye's music is an underlying tempo/beat because the songs sound nothing alike. But it was the ADMISSION that made them liable not the material similarity. This is why if you're a creator you need to be very careful with how you express your inspirations. Paying homage is one thing but taking direct inspiration without attribution from another's work is likely to get you in legal trouble.
