@thugchamp dropped out of college after 3 years because I really fell in love with business and helping yall ! Finding all this stuff out for myself and not having anyone to teach me really got me a late start and really only played 2 years of CFB w covid! But blessed to be where I am helping young players make gains and go to the league !
What’s the best way to get my kids looks, I coach a 4th grade team in Colorado we’ve only lost to one team in 4 years. I just want to give them all an opportunity to go to college.

Iam with everything BUT the bands. Football is a high impact sport. Bands are for low impact activities. Nothing beats a weights if your trying to build bullet proof ANYTHING. I fuks with the video.
@@walkerenterprise1764 the bands on a kettlebell is awesome - gives a reactive jolt to the workout. I program bands regularly and disagree they are low impact . Do a 3 x 15 each of a banded pallof press and lmk how you feel🤣
