Can the flywheel puller be purchased through Amazon? I have a 125cc with a suspected broken Woodruff key.

What is that last piece on the clutch with the three ball bearings? Opened mine and it was off in the oil.

My second was slipping, took it down & gears look just fine. Anyone have any suggestions. I need help.

When you fit the clutch basket that is the time that you need to time up the balance shaft, the crank needs to be at TDC. There is a mark on the crankcase that need to line up with the 'pip' on the primary gear. At the same time there is a mark on the gear that drives the balance shaft, it must line up with a mark on the engine case. If you don't do this the engine will be very badly out of balance!

I've got a 125cc atv here semi auto with forward and reverse gear. Problem is it'll only go into reverse and neutral. The clutch plates are all worn away, do you think that would be the reason it wont go into forward drive? And if I bought a full new clutch basket with clutch plates init that would sort it or do you think the gears cogs could be knackered also. Thanks

Hi, How did you get the last smaller bearing out? The smaller bearing that you said you had to "pull on" to get it out.

That brassy clutch washer you hold in your hand at 4:46, you must bend one of those 7 legs into the grove on the backnut ( once backnut is tightened). Otherwise it's gonna fall apart. It might take some time, but it will. Otherwise, a perfect video. Subscribed

I have a 2017 ssr 125 . Tore it all the way down , checked gears . None are broken . Motor sounded good but won’t never go into any gear . I’m going to go ahead and replace all gaskets when putting it back together. I’m going to replace the small spring on the gear selector assembly. Do you have any other advice on what it could be ?

Hey man ur vids are really informative, thanks for posting. I have a problem on my atv motor. For the timing chain and sprocket, i odnt know why, but for some reason when reassembling, the chain is now too short to reach the bolt holes for the sprocket for the camshaft

need to sand it by hand with water , 600 grit to 1200 to 2000 to 3000 and then polish with mothers and you will have a mirror finish!
