New Nibbi carb dialed in, 80+MPH!

new nib 28mm carb and filter, ended up 118 main 40 pilot jets and the 212cc has never ran smoother. now to finish the final weeks with a wide band and break the 1/8th and 1/4 mile record with the drag.

Was your clutch actuator arm loose/lact of tension when you got it? I just got mine and i can activate the clutch with my pinky and barley applying pressure
How is the fuel consumption
The way I tuned mine as I listened for the backfire when I’m off throttle so if I’m going down the hill in third and it’s like pop pop pop pop pop pop I know it’s running good it doesn’t really make any sense because I’m used to 2 strokes but the backfire on a four stroke when you’re off is supposedly good not sure run nice wheelie machine

I built my bike with most of my parts from Bart Moto Co in California. I am in New Hampshire so I ordered all the parts but they have the oil can in stock along with a lot of other parts. I’m going to post the video soon of my bike. Thank you for sharing.
I’m doing a super budget 74 z50 build with my spare parts as well. Running stock z50 front end with k0 ct70 fork legs, ct70 wheels and hubs, xr75 swingarm and a used marketplace yx125 that I’ll probably throw the 140 top end on. Looks like you have enough parts to pretty much throw it together minus an engine.

@@bolanbuilt5903 I think they're buying 212 CC motors out of the boxes now and installing them on them clone Hondas? Imagine it's a lot cheaper buying it out of the box with everything included put the pipe for the exhaust.
That's cool that you install that 212 CC in that bike who makes the motor and what's the model number on that motor ?
It's a zongshen 190cc engine with a 212cc big bore kit. Can get them off just about any pitbike website I believe
@@bolanbuilt5903 I'm getting ready to order me one of them. For my champion ice bear. I've ordered a lot of parts I put on this bike from trail Buddy, Bart motor company, & T- BOLT.. and some stuff off of eBay. Like I was telling my buddy at work I'll just buy a bigger motor and leave the hassle behind building a motor. You can't beat that motor for the price. Either way if you built the motor that the bike came with a 125 you'd probably spend more money than just buying a 212

I'm using Lifan 125cc bracket and pegs on my 212 if I remember correctly
Where can I find the seals for the front inverted shocks? mine are shot and I cannot find them.

Hello from Germany, what ist your goal with the carb's? The PE ist an race-carb, wich ist okay for Touring, a PWK ist an race-carb perfect for rev's from 10k to 16k! Try the DAYTONA TK MV33, this ist perfect for Touring AND top-speed. And no NIBBI / OKO / anything other Chinese license-carb can be better than a original KEIHIN! The PE28 you get with the engine ist an original, thats the one with the plastic-insert for the Jet's, that you put away...

I haven't gotten a chance to test it against a 4v yet. I'd imagine a 190 4v would be about the same if not a little more power than the 212 2v

So far (only 1 pass) launching this thing is hot or miss so I bogged it off the line and got a 2.5 60' lol. Still pulled a 13.8 and trapped 111mph so good for a mid to low 12 if I can get that 60' down with a good launch
@bolanbuilt5903 I agree. She's definitely got more in her(thinking 12.5 at 116). Experiment a little bit and have fun with it. Sometimes, you need to touch the stick just right, I know it motivates me 😩

Curious what throttle cable you use?? I bought the similar Trc billet throttle and I run a keihin 28mm carb.. My previous cable doesn’t fit the Trc throttle. Appreciate the info man. 69 ct70 zs190 engine. Fully built just changing a few things I didn’t care for from the previous owner.
It's a TRC cable with adjustable length, I forget exact size I got it years ago. But so far it's fit every carb from 26-34mm no problem
My 170 does the exact same thing at high rpm it cuts out then after like 10 seconds it starts like brand new
looking at buy and building an old honda passport/cub with a 212cc. Good to see videos giving more detail about the carb setup! keep it up!
