Norm you are to have vision at night. Even with a powerful flashlight I can only see what is in the light beam. I do not ever drive at night and walking is dangerous also. I never walk at night. When we go out after dark, Mike drives. I am night blind to the 3rd degree. IF I had to take an eye test for nights I would be restricted to day driving only. I loved to walk by moonlight. Even on full moon nights I can see only about a foot in front of me and then it is vague shapes. Be thankful for the little things. But I know why you are out after dark. The sun goes down early now and if you go out after 5pm it is dark. It got up to 96 here today. Sunday is supposed to be 99. Yes. But by Tuesday, forget fall. The high will be 78 and the low 41. We just skip fall altogether and right into winter (for us). after 4 months of 100+ 78 feels like an ice cold shower. I have a leather coat I wear when it gets down to 40. After 30 years in the desert your blood thins. You feel cold when it is below 80. Well I do. Anemic and lots of pain makes for a woman who wears sweaters in stores because they keep them SO COLD. There's no Wi-Fi in the country, not without internet, the internet here is not worth a flip, tell the Wi-Fi is no good, God help
@@NormanChester882 I am afraid God does not hook up WIFI. That is up to Cox. But I am sorry you are not getting the net. WIFI is the access to the internet Norm. Do you have a router at home? If you are not signed up with a company that provides internet access, you cannot just take someone else's. Besides they are all password protected. You must be using data instead of an internet connection to get online. Being in the country is lovely if you don't have to connect to the world. If I want to call Alaska or Hawaii it is no extra charge. If I wan to call Japan I would have to buy an international call system and a sat phone. Canada all of America and Mexico are free to call. Canada is free up to but NOT including Nova Scotia. It is a real racket. Sleep well. GBY

I recall an incident when I was visiting folks in Yosemite California and going out well after dark one hot summer night with my kid brother and our dogs. We were almost to the main road and although my bro said nevermind it's ok, I decided to run back for my "torch" which I had forgot to bring. Pitch dark no streetlights so I'm swinging that torch across the road as we walked and all a sudden my bro jumped straight up like he was on a pogo stick and jerked his hound off to the side ...he saw that rattler in time just before he would have stepped smackdab in the middle of it!! I handed him the torch to keep it in view while I ran over to a neighbor who was handy with a shotgun....BOOOM! Took it's head clean off ...that sucker was over 3' long!! Well that was one time my bro was glad he took my advice LOL!

I get at least one a week like that. I trained my email to look for the telltale signs of a scam. Run your mouse over the sender's name. If something other than FEDEX comes up, it is a scam. They will ask you to pay for something. DON'T DO IT!

Still nothing? There are scams out there. Don't answer it unless you know what your tracking number is. They will scam you out of your social security. That is a SCAM! Not necessarily! Ask your doctor what you need and you can get it from your local drug store.

We are praying for them Norm. Thank you. God bless you. May the Lord heal her and take away her pain. Or give her the strength to with stand the pain until the sources is cured. Lord be with all those who live with chronic pain. It is a nightmare way to live. You never have peace from the pain. Taking meds helps and then you get picked on for being weak. If drugs can be taken for cancer why not pain? It is NOT a sign of weakness to be hurting and admit it. We are not meant to be in pain. Whatever the reason doctors should be able to prescribe whatever helps the patient the most. Not be told by government what you can and cannot have as a pain patient. Government get out of my business. It is kind of odd but true. In Tucson in 2018 marijuana was made legal. Since then the number of oxy thefts has been down. Fentanyl is awful. It makes me sick. I could not take it. It does NOT stop chronic pain. That has gone up. Simply because the government has outlawed people who live in pain daily from taking opiates. If you are old and not long for this world, what's the difference if we are used to it or not. If it means I die a day or two earlier Great. I will be with the Lord sooner than I thought. God bless those who hurt. Lord provide a way for them to stop hurting. IN Jesus name, Amen

Meth and ciggies are as tough to quit as is heroin and sugar (the gateway drug) ..I never got into speed or opioids but I loved the weed too much although I never had a problem quitting cold turkey when job situation or lack of funds required ....but the ciggies were another matter. I switched to cigars and eventually that just went away and now it's just a low dose vape or lozenge. I feel that addiction waning as well. 🤠
@@NormanChester882 I am remembering, thinking more clearly, and feeling better since I quit smoking the weed. And No psych meds which so called doctors said I needed, nope. Good food rest and focus of The Word is my focus. Only my coffee and low dose nicotine remain but even that grows less every day!
