Here is my way of reballing an iphone 11 bottom board, hope this helps if i see some interest in this i will keep it goin’! Few tips along the way, -It is bery important that you clean the stencil really good before and after using as it will help you with getting it to lift without the solder paste getting stuck in it

Why change the processor and RAM? Why can't you just change the EMMC?
It’s not an EMMC it’s a UFS. It’s encrypted and needs to processor to be transferred as well.

I followed all the steps and completed the glass but now my 13 pro max is getting really hot and turned off completely now. What could be the issue?
I dont recommend anyone doing this, simply will damage the phone. Using laser remover machine is the way to go if you run business.
Guys got people who see that this thing is ez I would not recommend it to anyone I have worked on this alot I have experienced alot of issues with this which can sometimes destroy the motherboard I then used my friend laser machine if you guys want to start with something like use laser because this things sometimes will not work and if you have a 14 pro and its cracked and you destroyed the motherboard you will have alot of problems with the customers or your self I have lost 20 phones from this repair even I used air flow 40 with 180 c° it also brick the phone will not recommend this repair to anyone
It is not possible to destroy the board with 40 air and 180c heat. You probably used the punch tool. Using the punch tool on top of the location of the board can break chipsets inside the bottom board. We have done thousands of phones using this method with zero issues. If you are a careful person, issues like the ones you mentioned can be minimized.
Are there any good 3rd party replacements?
You can't blindly recommend the T3B ... It's a 96w station. Only supports C210 & C115 handles. The T3A is 200w and only supports C245. If you need both C245 and C210, you should look at the new T320 or the T420 models.

Great video. I generally change the case and once I tried the glass only on a 11. That was a mess to glue the new one, I needed to put some elastics around the camera. Does the 14 pro max doesn't need that or you have a special glass?

Depending on the type of glass you use, it can look genuine yes.
T3a now has the new holder. T3b is less than the half the power and for smaller stuff. So saying they are the same head unit is inaccurate. Plus, t3a can be ordered with the 345 pencil, which supports genuine jbc tips. It's the best choice for me and most people. Also, it's not copper, but brass for the cleaners. :) sorry to be that guy
